We would like to inform you that, we have KORYO washing machine fully automatic and we are using this product, we are complaining that we have problem in machine not working and we called several times to customer care, but still not yet solved. This is not good for Koryo company, kindly solve this issue on top urgent basis.model# KWM6218TL
