Logged a complaint on friday no.[protected] but no action has been taken yet from your end really patchetic service got annoyed from customer support. Now feeling like why we chose koryo such a bad service product too.

    I've bought koryo washing machine in september 2019, in august first week of 2020 its rotation wheel came out. Raised a complaint[protected], but till today ie. Sept 10, 2020 nothing is resolved. Koryo customer service people just asks for 1 week time again and again...email service not at all responsive. Cust care executive will be connected after 1 hr, but again 1 week time...no other manager to escalate the issue also...Can i get any help in this regard.

    thnx to bigbazar tarnaka manager jalaluddin. his involvement was so personal, felt my problem as his and kept pressure on the higher ups and made this issue resolved...

    when i contacted to today, these guys are saying once again the same old thing that local parts will be arranged..this same answer was given on august 10/11...looks like nothing is going to happen in this worst koryo...

    today is thursday, after checking my number/voice customer care people are keeping my call on hold for 5 mins (after connecting line after 30 mins) and then disconnecting the call. tried 3 times from 3:30 pm till now, same got repeated again and again...pathetic...

    today is october 07, 2020, same thing is happening still. i tried to coonect to the customer executive over customer care number 4 times from 4:30 till 6, same thing, they are disconnecting the call after my number is connected to them. some lady called vaishalli i think, she just tells "as voice is not audible disconnecting the call", even after I shout also she repeats the same dialog and disconnects the call. can anyone help me in this regard..

      We have purchase a 1tr inverter split ac from big bazaar sealdah (West bengal) on 23.01.2020.
      On dated 16.08.2020 we have seen that ac not cooling ans shown el01 after 5minutes when ac turned on.
      We have log the complain on 18.08.2020 ticket number[protected].
      On dated 19.08.2020 got sms from jeeves that our jeeves engineer mr. Tanay adhikari [protected] will fix an appointment. After that mr. Adhikari came and seen the problem 1st he ask us that please give me user manual. After 1hour he checked ac and inform us that o/d pcb burnout need to be replace. After that we have called to customer care that please send professional engineer, do not sen mr adhikary for further visit because he have no idea about this ac. On dated 03.09.2020 got a sms and seen that mr. Adhikari again visit for solve the problem. After his change the pcb same problem found approx 2 hours they have spend but problem not solved. Finally they have inform us that indoor to out door cable may fault and same should be replace. Also inform us that change of cable is in our cost. The we have told that why?? Who installed it, who is the supplied and cable is damaged for external force? Also this is part of ac form indoor to outdoor unit and same had supplied by koryo so why should i pay additionally and this is under warranty. If cable burnout within 4months then what type of materials supplied by koryo.
      After that he gone from there. And suddenly i have got sms from jeeves that has service completed on 03.09.2020 4.45pm.
      After that so many times called customer care but every one inform me that our vigilance team will contact you but no call received from koryo.

                      Air conditioner purchased on 14/08/2019 bearing invoice no.[protected].As per the terms and condition the warranty period is up to 14/08/2020.
                      I lodged a complaint of having problem of AC tripping on 8th Aug. with complain no[protected].The service engineer suggested for gas refilling after observation of the issue.
                      Although above issue is within my warranty period still I am asking for giving 60% of the total amount of refillng of gas as directed by service center.
                      As the company has approved only 800/ for gas filling so rest amount should be covered by customer.
                      So company should look into these issues and do necessary action.
                      Under warranty period, the customer is not entitled to give any charges for refilling.
                      On what basis, company can ask for this within warranty period.
                      Hope the company will consider it .

                        Bought dishwasher, delivered on 14th august... No one from koryo has come to install, no one picking any toll free number of koryo for 5 days, no response to e mails sent to koryo official id

                        Please do not buy koryo products in india as post sales service is pathetic

                          HI i bought a koryo dishwasher with 14 place settings, after the delivery of the product, koryo brand has to provide the installation service, but after contacting the brand toll free number[protected], No one answered for straight continous 4 hours, After publishing a post on face book brand suggested that i should have to drop a mail, after forwarding the required details with purchase bills and product details they are telling that they have escalated the request to the service team and they will look after, They are fooling customers by selling their products through various online shopping platforms like amazon and making money out of public, Dont trust this brand and buy any product, Hope this will help someone.

                            This is to provide a complaint against your labour and customers care services.
                            I called the customer care given to me that is
                            [protected] and this person said that the price for the uninstallation of AC and installation would charge me Rs 2000.
                            But the labour charged me Rs 3000 and misbehaved with my mother and me . This is how you provide services to customers I'll make sure I file complaints against this company and their service in consumers forum .

                              I have purchased koryo washing machine on 24 jan.20. The watching machine is not working properly. It is not taking water from the tap and showing error code e1 indicating that water sensor is not working.

                              Earlier also a complaint was lodged but mechanic was not deputed due to lockdown in the town.
                              It is requested to depute the mechanic at the earliest.

                                I have purchase a 32 inch led tv on 15th august 2019

                                From the past one month, i have been facing problems and raised following complaint no.[protected] and[protected]. After almost 1 month and that also with so many follow ups - the engineer visited and repaired and within 2 days i am again having same light problem, this time lights are visible when switching on the tv. Attaching pictures in the mail
                                It is very sad... Very bad product in koryo company... And more than that very very worst service.
                                I request you to please replace the tv immediately and dont cheat indian customers like that.

                                  TV model No:KLE32DLCHN7 bought from Big Bazar Calicut Kerala with extended warranty on[protected] is not working. It's display has stopped turning on. I contacted the seller they told me to contact the electronics department of the store.There I was asked asked to call the customer care service of the company .when I contacted this number after two hours of trying on phone the person there gave me the number [protected] to call and get the product ID .I tried this number all the afternoon today but no one attended. I have been after this for four days please do something for the redressal of my grievance. I would like to get the TV replaced or repaired immediately.

                                        Dear koryo team,

                                        This is regarding my complaint no mentioned in subject line. I had registered this complaint regarding my koryo microwave where i had shared all the details like model no, power is working and microwave part is not working etc.
                                        Then a technician suleman, visited at my place, he has discouraged to my father to get it repaired by following comments
                                        1) this will cost you[protected] plus service charge, while microwave cost itself was 2500/-
                                        2) this part is not available if you can arrange it i will change
                                        3) he has charged 500+ rs from him for doing nothing and also not given any receipt for that.

                                        When i had already shared model no and problem at the time reporting the issue, why service request is entertained if company does not have spares and why i have been charged for doing nothing and not even shared the receipt. I hope you will understand this is a crime to do business without proper receipt/bill for registered company.
