[Resolved]  Kotak Bank — 811 account closed by bank itself and not returned the existing amount by any mode of transfer till date

My 811 account was closed by bank. After contacting customer care they told they will be sending DD of sum rupees that was present in my account at time of closure. Again after followup they told they don't have proper address so it was not delivered. So I provided the full address. And later I found that customer care is not satisfying my need on call. After that I dropped mail for followup. Still not getting my reply nor my money.
