[Resolved] Kotak Bank — personal loan

Hi, I took Loan from kotak of rs 1L and i paid for 6 months and due to some financial crisis im failed to pay the amount. now bank is sending mails to my company HR and other departments in my company.

Will the bank has right to send emails to HR, did they are going against rule.

Kindly help me in this regard, will i have right to sue on bank for doing this ?

Updated by bubr I took loon in the year 2014 and not paying the amount from 2015 to till date.
