To whom so ever it may concern, Want to register a complaint against Poonam patil - [protected] Fuzel khan - [protected] This two people are fooling me around since last 10 to 12 days for my credit card activation. Poonam had called and taken my payment due with credit card of rs.9250/- and promised me that she will active my card by in 2 days and still not activated the card and they dont have even have the courtesy to call the customer and update about the same even after promising. Want a strict action should be taken from your end and keep me updated other wise i will go to the consumer court for the same. Need to know about the same. Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 17, 2017 Bunela's response I got worst feeling with Kotak credit card department.

I'm using my Kotak credit card since 2.5 years and my card CRN no 98615085 due to some payment delay my card got block without information and even I cleared the full amount with Kotak bank.
