Sir if you all go this way no one left to trust then? Sent e mail to omsbudman e mail ids no reply kotak has taken rs 3090 two times for same payment in dec 18 - infact the chq for 3090 they made 5090 on their own. For no fault first chq they bounced then cleaered and charged 178 just like that not because insufficient bal or sig diff etc - they should give me credit of 3090 plus 178 next another transaction of rs 117 taken from obc ac without my approval. Question if customer has to do the work then for what are banks getting salaries. First teach customer in physical class rooms at goi cost then expect - as it is online is maximum cheating only - a normal person is not able to come online never taught it in schools? Even corp bank has done similar things - why should customer only spend time energy effort always trying to even tell wrong things happening sirs. What is this useless system then? If its actually goi behind it then this govt better go lifelong - cheats of any sort or kind not acceptable nor do not reply e mail ids from anyone banks govt/ private / corporates / big cos any one - to make complaint must be simple e mail and then that dept better get back in writing only thru e mail. E mail bouncing means hanky panky things happening? Did not want to write this but just justice for common indian citizens even exist? No one is giving ways to earn more just take money from peoples account unfairly? Are these the acche din? A simple e mail complaint should be enough and if you want docs related the person can come show at sansad marg cp fine. Why are you getting pleasure in making life more difficult for indan citizens by birth? Is our money safe with banks govt or private?? Transparency is face to face only in the real world of life sirs? Goi depts are like how many goverments just pass the buck to the other person now banks too?
