Dear Sir / Madam Above mentioned in subject my Policy 02234386, which maturity date was on 10th of February 2021, but till now (18th February 2021) my maturity amount is not yet credited to my account, i have called Kotak life so got to know there is ECS rejection ?? But no one from Kotak Life called me nor informed me about this, after 7 days of maturity date i got to know, when i have called many times ?? Please note i need money on an urgent basis because of that i am going to surrender policy. Now I would like to know what is the status of my payment ?? I need money urgently so please make sure to credit on an immediate basis. based on this payment i have committed another payment which would hit on 19th February 2021 to may bank account, request you to please look in to this matter and do the needful. if you have any query please let me know on my mobile no [protected] Looking forward to seeing your quick response.
