[Resolved] Kotak Mahindara Bank — Money deducted during transaction with DCB Atm but have't receive the money. | |||
I have tried to make a transaction with kotak bank debit card on 7th September 2015 but Atm machine got hanged and not responding at that time. but after some time i got the message that 6000 has deducted from my bank account. I was totally shocked . I registered a complain regarding this at the same moment. But till now they guys are not providing any solution even I am not getting any relevant information about my concern. Whenever I called to customer care of Kotak mahinadra bank, they told me to wait. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Sep 14, 2015 Kotak Mahindra Bank Customer Care's response Dear Mr. Porwal, We would like to inform you that the transaction has been successfully authorized by the system and is claimed by the acquiring bank. However, we have raised chargeback with acquiring bank which will take 7 working days to settle as per RBI Guidelines. The account will get credited on the 7th working Day provided the funds are not claimed back by the other Bank. Thanks and regards, Kotak Team | |||
