[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — 20000 rs amount not credited after opening account and completing transaction of 20000

I had opened a saving account in your aashiyana lucknow branch on 16-10-17 and complete a payment of 20000 for opening account but after opening account in my account showing zero balance. The amount should credited in account instantly because payment mode is online and that bank where that amount has to be debit that bank confirming the amount is debited from my account and credited in kotak bank account.
