Kotak Mahindra Bank — 6500 deducted as maintenance charges | |
Hi, This is to bring your attention that we are very unhappy with kotak bank services that are being offered to customer level being such a reputation in market, i wouldn’t recommend anyone to opt this bank for any financial activities..!! There was following charges that has been made on my account without informing, 1st charge - 1500rs - stating as zero balance account. When we called bank customer care why the above charges has been made they said manage 10, 000rs in account for 2 months we will waive off all the charges, trusting as part of bank we kept that balance, all sudden we got 5146rs has been debited, again we had called bank now for what these charges has been made, they said overall charges from start till end non maintenance balance. Without informing the employee the amount has been deducted. Please reverse the balance in order to avoid issues, request you to give us a call to discuss further... Else i will take other actions!
