Respected sir/madam, Here by writing this letter to bring to your notice regarding an absurd call received on behalf of kotak mahindra today. I received a call this afternoon stating that there had been a delay in payment of personal loan by a person known to me. Mr. Vinod ([protected]) had been very abusive in his talks, calling me up for the first time ever. He compelled me to call the person from my phone, for which he had been irrespectful when i had turned down his proposal. He demanded me to do the payment in that case, too. He tried to intimidate me by stating that i would receive hundreds of calls from now on regarding the same which he did too by calling me up for around 10-15 times while im at my work. Mr. Vinod had been demandful and irrespectful based on irrational proofs like only having my contact number given by a person known to me as a referance. The whole scenario had been demoralising to a person like me, who was no where involved when the dealings were done.
