Kotak Mahindra Bank — abusing to my friends and family

I've been using kotak credit card but due to some financial crisis wasn't able to pay it. The agency guys [protected]/29 were abusing me constantly and my sister they've stated her tu apne aap ko bech aur paisa bhar i even asked them i am ready to settle the amount i need some times of 4 months i am ready to give the pdc cheque but they were harassing my sister again and again and even business loan named on my dad where as me n my sister are no where involved in it they call us again n again abuse us bloody # bank is kotak we had even taken loans from many other banks almost we've closed each one of then except kotak i am begging them fr time but they aren't ready to support in anyway they say they'll send goons at my residence and at my sisters school mr uday kotak i thought you would be inspiration to many but in such way shame on you mr kotak they've already taken legal action still they're troubling us why? Just because we're common man cheap peoples
