I am having a Kotak Credit Card, total dues is only 30K. You know that this is tuff time for everyone due to COVID, me to having financial problem, the moment I am able to arrange the amount, I will pay the bill...but today got a call from your collection agent, he is only talking in abusive language, which I cant disclose. Is this way to treat your customer?..You should take action aginst that person, I have received call from--[protected]
