Kotak Mahindra Bank — Abusive, rude and threatening calls from Kotak employees

This is an complain about an executive of Kotak Mahindra collection agent MR Manoj who threat me my wife my parents called us jaat se bheekari, ask me to send my wife my kids and my mother to brothel for prostitution so from that money he I can pay him credit card dues.
