Kotak Mahindra Bank — Access charges imposed on inactive account | |||
Hi Team, My account was opened with kotak mahibdra in december 2014 and pist which I had to move out of the town so never used my account for any transactions as never received an account opening kit from the bank to my address .But today after having a discussion with customer care I was informed that if account is inactive for two years in succession bank will automatically close the account but seems like it almost two years for me and no action has been taken by bank . I don't even remeber my cusotmer id or account number now . Though message that I got from bank has last four digits of bank .please suggest what should be done Was this information helpful? | |||
