Dear sir/madam,
I am a client of your bank for the past 3months and hold a saving account (In your kotak mahindra bank limited noida sector 16 branch-uttar pradesh, basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor, b-1, sector 16, noida pin-201301 branch. I had requested for credit card but till now your executive not applied and ill submit my account details 3 times.
After that my account will be freeze due too initial check after 3 months your branch employees remain about check.
I am sad to say that despite making calls to your branch but on one pick my call a there has been no action taken till date.
