CRN#[protected] I missed on my last payment/minimum due of my credit card. Just a months due was unpaid and my account was ceased and sent to collection. I have to face a lot of issues due to this as I could not pay my other debts on time. I reviewed RBI rules and kotak policies wherein if account is due for three months/90days it gets in collections. Going to lodge a complaint/suit against you to RBI. I'm unhappy with the way you handled this issue. Customer representative doesn't have knowledge about the same and don't know the policies. Sooner as this issue gets resolve will close my bank account and credit card with kotak and will also advice friends and family to do so.
