Kotak Mahindra Bank — Account Frozen Fraud Kotak | |
I opened an account with Kotak Mahindra seeing their promotional ad claiming everything will be done online. Account was opened and I transferred money to the account. They froze my account after that citing name mismatch issues. There was no mismatch. The same name in my Aadhar was used. I need them to close this account and refund my money. They are not ready for that. They are asking me to go to a physical branch which is far away and very difficult to approach in this pandemic. And it will be for another fraud. I don't have any hope.
