Kotak Mahindra Bank — account put on hold of rs 1178.65 unlawfully

My crn no.[protected] has been put on hold of rs 1178.65 and thus i can't able to transact from my account they wrong fully put charges in my account and now not removing hold and i fully fed up with this bank customer service is very poor not ready to help customer i want my account should be removed from hold status otherwise i will close my account asap
