Kotak Mahindra Bank — account put to freeze and no reasoning post 7 months after opening
I have opened a kotak 811 account some 7 months back. I had completed all kyc requirements then only.
But out of sudden i get an email that my account has been frozen. I am unable to make any transactions.
This is mentally and emotionally distressing.
They say it is a signature/mitc mismatch. Pls help.
I have already send the mitc form duly signed yesterday morning but no updates from bank.
