Kotak mahindra bank account still not opened even after 14 days.

I have applied through online and transferred 6000 rs for oneplus 6t free insurance offer. Only later i realised it is my mistake!

Guess my money is stuck and cannot be transferred back to my other bank accounts untill this new kotak bank savinigs account is activated.

Ref no: 1-[protected] for reference and i just received it today after chasing them like 30 times via call and sms.

I am tired and very exhausted chasing them and still not sure when it will be opened.

Persoanally i would not recommend this bank to others because of their unusal or most delayed account opening formalities.

Not sure if my account will activated and neither my amount refunded back! Please help
