Kotak Mahindra Bank — Account under debit freeze despite several visits

I have got accounts with Kotak Bank. My account numbers are [protected] and [protected]. My accounts have been put under debit freeze since September 2020 and my issue has still not been resolved. The branch said someone submitted fraudulent document in your name. I already have visited the branch numerous times, submitted my KYC documents but the problem has still not been resolved. Every time I go there, they give me new excuses. I have put in the request to close my accounts back in November 2020 but they haven't processed that either. Please close my accounts and return my money.
