Kotak Mahindra Bank — address related issue

I had an issue with my account due to some address related issue. When i visited the bank the employee said will clear my problem on that it self but this is my 14th visit to the bank still my problem has not been resolved this is the way you guys work just negligence of employees, they don't even care about customer problem
