[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — After pais all ammount still nobody answered from the bank

I Paid my all pending ammount of credit card, still nobody answered why they blocked my card and when it will be re-activate coustomer care dont know the reason...i called them n mailed them so many time..but they are no answering till date.. I posted a complaint here more than 15 day back, then they replied me to send mail, i mailed them twise ..please help

I mailed them email all facts ..which they send it on consumer complaint reply...
