My amount got debited on 22/11/2017 but did not came ro my 811 account and transtion was success but their was no balance into my account.. I tried sp many times to connect but i was not able to connect... But i could not...

I was doing transtion of rupee 1020 but my money got debited from my account and did not credit to may 811 kotak account ..and the transaction also got success..but may balance is still zero.
