Very bad experience while opening 811.
I have open 811 new account online and verification done on saturday by home verification. After verification i got message with link to pay and i paid through debit card 1500 rs, but still amount not updated in my 811 account. Tried called to customer care but they say that its not there link but i am getting balance update on same sms contact by which i get this link. Rise complaint request to kotak bank site but no responce. Can you guys tell me what going on? Please i am requesting you give me my money back? I tried every possible way to reach you i don't want to open account in your branch please give my money back.
