Kotak Mahindra Bank — Amount deducted without any intimation and deduction for the wrong month. | |||
Kotak has been unconditionally deducting the amount in the name of maintenance charges. Whenever complained about the same, they says it is a valid deduction without even bothering to check for the request. After forcing them to do so, will apologize and promises to revert it back and this has been happening for 3 months in a row. And deliberately they delays the reversal so that i will again be charged for the coming month. Above all there is no intimation of deduction nor sms sent like any other debit or credited amount. With these unethical actions i decided to close the account, but the person sitting in the nearest branch(Panvel) asks to go to home branch and discus. Proving themselves to be useless. Same here. This bank has cheated me too. They never tell about the minimum balance that needs to be maintained in the account when it ceases to be a salary account and they go on deducting amounts from the account without any intimation neither on mail nor on phone. Disgusted with its service. I have faced a total loss of 5000 rupees and I am not going to leave them.i will file a complaint in the consumercourt an whichever forum it is possible if they don't refund my amount back.
