Recently i have opened kotak 811 account on 14.03.2020 online. During opening of account i have deposited r. S.2000/- as initial deposit through debit card payment. This is a ecom payment through citrus pay to kotak and the same is reflected in my account immediately.
On 19.03.2020, an employee from kotak mahindra bank has visited my house for kyc verification and explained their schemes in 811 product. After that i shown interest in their 811 edge product with a monthly average balance of rs.10000/-. He told that tomorrow your account will activate then you will send remaining amount of rs.8000/- in the account.
The next morning (20.03.2020) i have received a message from kotak that account is activated and they had sent a link to deposit remaining amount of rs.8000/-. This a payment gateway link through citrus pay. On the same day at night 9:00 pm i had deposited rs.8000/- through the link i had received from bank through my other bank debit card. My amount is debited in my bank account but it is not credited in my kotak bank account.
On 21.03 2020 i had called on the customer care of the bank and informed the same. Customer care executive has informed to wait for 24 hours. But still my amount is not credited in my kotak account.
The kotak mahindra bank app or citrus payment solution are not able to provide any option to verify the status through transaction id.
I have enclosed the screen shot of my transaction with transaction id which shows my transaction status is sucess.
So i request the bank to verify the details with your online gateway merchant partner and credit the amount in my account immediately.
