My name is alex shetty, account # [protected], contact #[protected].

I have kotak 811 account and had 1999.27 rs in my account until 3rd apr for loan amount of 1752 rs to be deducted for loan #61418075.

My friend owed 5000 rs and was transferred to me by upi and same was taken back without my approval.

This has lead to my loan amt to be bounced

Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Alex Peter Shetty In addition to above, I want amount kept on hold to be refunded to me and no extra charges to be incurred for Loan being bounced back as it was not my fault and auto debit did not happen due to bank's fault.

I contact Customer service and have received no help from them. Please investigate and take necessary action as this will impact by credit score.
