Kotak Mahindra Bank — Amount taken without authorisation | |||||
I have been banking with kotak for more than 5 years. I recently spoke to your customer service department and asked about my account. They said I can convert my account into NRI or nro for no charges and my account balance is nil. I also indicated them asking about a negative balance in my account. They told me everything is taken care of and they will send DHL courier guy to collect my documents to convert account into NRI or nro. I recently transferred 3050 from other account and I cannot see the amount in my current account. kindly assist me with the same as I m doing follow up from long time. Plz send some excueitive for account opening I m very dispointed. Your bank excuetive always calling me for account opening n taking appointments from me by they r not coming. How you servicing your customer. I m nt satisfying with your service. Thank you.
