Respected sir,
I am writing this mail to bring to you notice that my kotak mahindra bank account at (Indiranagar bangalore branch). Atm bring number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx & crn number is 9xxxxxx0 with salary account no. 92xxxx5757 is showing transactions for which i have not transacted.
To my shock of my life. I got 2 sms on my registered mobile number ([protected]) for an total amount of rs. 26, 500/ in 3 phases (10k, 10k and 6.5k) withdrawan from my account in bangalore taverekere sbi atm on 30/11/2019 hrs 12:51 am (Rs. 10k withdrawan), hrs 12:52 am (Rs. 10k withdrawan) and again hrs 12:54 am (Rs. 6.5k withdrawan).
Note:- for this above transactions i did not receive any mail from kotak as part of deduction which i used to get offen for every transactions.
After seeing my bank balance. I called the kotak bank customer card and ask to permanently blocked my atm card. They have raised my complaint (Complaint no. 1 [protected]) & they give assurance to resolve this fraud asap! & refund my complete amount.
How is this possible when i m carrying my atm card with me and i am residing in chikabidrikallu in my house at the time of transaction. I have not compromised my atm pin number nor i received any call for same. This is a very serious security lapse and the identity protection is compromised.
I have filed an police complaint on same with all details asked by the bank.
I want the concerned people to investigate and credit the amount, since it is the responsibility of the bank to safeguard the account holder money. Currently i have just received the shadow which cant be used until the case gets resolved. And its been a month that i am not able to use the bank account as well as not having atm facilities.
I think it's kotak mahindra bank planning to share or sell customer details to frauder, as this has happned to many of the employes working in my organization.
