[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — ATM Card not received | |||
I have opened saving account (Account no. [protected], CRN is[protected] online in Kotak Mahindra Bank. Then I have visited to nearest branch 'Pimple Saudagar-Pune' to submit KYC doc's and its verification. Then they told me to apply for ATM card and cheque book through mobile banking application. I have applied it. I received cheque book on the registered address; but not received ATM card till date whereas I have opened this account in Sept-2019. I got very bad experience from Kotak bank. Now I changed my address. but bank is not going to update it though I have registered rent agreement. Please help me to provide ATM/Debit card for my account on this address: Vanalika, 2AB Wing, Flat no. 104, Lavale Phata, Mulshi Road, Pirangut, Pune-412115 Was this information helpful? | |||
