[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — atm cash w/d dispute fraud | |||
My account had been debited for rupees 1200 & 1100 for two unsuccessful atm transactions on 17-dec-2017. I had register a complaints for atm cash w/d dispute with sr. Number sr#1-[protected]. After 48 hours money had been credited back to my account. But on 20-dec-2017 same amount again debited from account. When i contacted to customer care they said that bank claims transaction was successful. How it can be successful transaction? Since i did't got cash from atm. This is clearly fraud by kotak mahindra bank. Money is not safe in this bank Was this information helpful? | |||
