[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Atm transaction failed and fund is not returned in 12 days | |||||
Hi, I want to share my worst experience witj kotak mahindra bank. There were two transaction failure from kotak atm on 10th of july. I registered complaint on the same day, they told me that the fund will be retuned within 7 working days. It 12th day today but i have not received my fund. There were two transaction failure one of 20k and another of 15k. I have calling customer care everyday but hearing same ans.. 'complaint is in progress, '.
