[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — AUto debit fee | |||||
As per credit card statement of MAy 2017, paid Rs 3600 on its due date. on the same day, kotak put the charges for auto debit failure. In JUNE 17 statement it said Rs. 500 . And as on today it says Rs 1150 which is totally unacceptable. The Feb17 statement should have said only rs 199 (Annual Fee). In between Customer care asked me to pay Rs 576. But why should I pay 377 extra. When I replied them again then there was no reply. Was this information helpful? | |||||
