Respected sir /madam,
My name is immanuel dcosta, i would like to bring to your notice that i'm having a huge trouble with your bank people at my home, where people are coming and harassing myself and my family. When i have used my credit card for just 15, 000 for a phone and have paid back, i have not known that someone has using my card for the last year and i have given an complain to your customer service department, stating that i have lost my wallet and with my cards in it. And i have'nt receive any message or an e-mail from kotak mahindra bank. And even after payments i get emails from a different a/c from your kotak bank that i need to pay 40, 000 when i have not taken or swiped the credit card. And recently a month back on september 7th 2018 a guy named divakar had collected 9500 rupees and prabhuram had collected 4950 rupees from me and another guy calls by name selvakumar and informed that i have still 40, 000 to pay balance. I would like to know for 15, 000 rupees payments i'm paying every month till today... Its been more that what i have taken, where i'm paying almost to 4 years now.. And i would not your people and your bank, after all my payments i still get people coming to my door step and also calling and said that they are from courier service with your bank name and harassing myself and my family that i should pay, when i call and ask for statements they would say pay the money first and then they will give all the statement. I would like you to solve my problem please.

    I did not order any credit card but i got a message stating credit card delivered. I got a bill of 234 rupees which is been deducted from my kotak savings account.
    How can bank issue credit card to s stranger on my name.
    I had mailed so many times called to the customer but there is no proper action taken. If the problem is not solved i need to take legal actions against the bank.

    I have recharged for mobile prepaid balance.the amount was deducted from account.but still it getting failed.my concern is please refund the amount which was deducted two times
    Sir I had opened online wallet a year ago. What I did not kyc in it . My LPG Subisdy used to come to your Kotak account. Your officers say your account has already been deleted due to non kyc then why my subsidy goes to your account

      Sir my name lokesh few months back i have applied for bank job and i have paid 1680rs for application form and next week they called me and ask to pay 3500 and i said i am unable to pay after that they did call when i call to the first number her name is harsoul sharma her mobile was swith off this is not correct they cheated me after paying 1680 I need my money back

        Money is deducted from my account for the purpose of booking a ticket in irctc on[protected]. But the ticket was not booked. Irctc members told me that they didn't receive the money. It is the problem of the bank and it is the responsibility of the bank to credit the money again. So please resolve the issue as early as possible.

          Hi this is vikash sharma my crn #[protected]. I have openened an salary account with kotak mahindra under the colabration of them with indiamart intermesh in noida in august 2017 however i quiet my job in very first month. The sells agent who offered me this bank account assured me that they will automatically transfer this account to my hometown jaipur and send me my credit card too at the same address however they never do so, i tried calling that sales person but after the opening of account they never attended my call even though the custormer care is wrost and they never try to help you with any of your concern. Now they charged me for credit card, for an card which was never sent to me with no undertaking signature at all, the sells person are totally mis-leading and just try to make you open account. Afterwards i have tried to close my account too but never got any information from jaipur vaisali nagar branch and asked me to contact branch new delhi. Which sounds totally stupid as am based in jaipur and why i have to travel delhi just to close an bank account which was opened because of mis-leading promises from their sells officors.
          Am totally frustrated now from such an fraulent service from kotak mahindra and their custormer service.
          I request you guy"s to close my account and that sitty credit card which was never sent to me even though i tried a numerous times to get it from you guys.

            Nine years back i use barclay's credit card.
            Even after making payment before due date bank credit my payment cheque after 22..-25 days and charge me late fee and interest hence i ask for waiver but bank refuse and block my card.
            Now after more than 9 years i am getting calls from kotak and demanding for payment.
            I ask for my statement of principal and charges but they refuse to provide.

                  My account is on hold because of just a slight delay in credit card payment and after the minimum due payment as per the app has been done they are refusing to release my account. It is my salary account and whenever the amount credits i won't be able to use it. The bank is making their customers in trouble by doing this. Without any notice or notifications tey are taking actions. They haven't asked me regarding this. I need to make a complaint on the bank and credit card collection department executive who made my savings salary account on hold. If they are not going to unhold. I would like to close my kotak savings account according to law and conditions after the cc full payment. I don't want to be a kotak customer anymore.

                    Sir,

                    I had a personal loan in Kotak Mahindra bank. Loan account No. SPL53716032 agreement dated 29th Oct 2013 and loan tenure was for 2 years and EMi started from Dec 2018. They are showing a 3 cheque bouncing charges on March 2014 (2) and april 2015, though i dont have any cheque bouncing charges on my ECS account on this dates. They have not produced the cheques properly and putting the charges on Clients and daily customer care people are asking for penalty charges and affecting my CIBIL Score. Since it is the mistake from their end, why am i supposed to pay penalty for that. Requesting to resolve the issue at the earliest

                      Kotak mahindra bank deducted atm charges in 1032 rs in single month, actually that deduction is overall 5 month other atm use charges, without inform me, they deducted my money and once give 180 rs refund but again they deducted 180 rs. But other bank every moth deducted atm charges only this month include previous month charges, kotak mahindra bank atm charges deducted 5 month charges

                          There were some fraudulent online transactions on my kotak mahindra bank credit card on today early hours between 2.46 am and 3.00am[protected]. 2 fraudulent online transactions were conducted on my kotak bank credit card number 4166-*-*-6409. The details of the fraudulent transactions are given below.
                          Transaction of rs 10015 has been made on kotak credit card xx6409 on 22-oct at facebk ads. Available credit limit is 7375.32.

                                1. Interest rate reduced.
                                2. No hidden charges.
                                3. No any foreclosures.

                                Kotak bank agent (Nidhi, ankur) have lied to me and have given me loan. After my refusal and without my permission, have them submitted the dd/cheque in my hdfc loan account. I don’t want any loan from you. Get back you loan.

                                  Went delinquent i have good intentions to clear my dues and i am requesting time till end of this month so that

                                  Has been threatening me and my spouse that they will come with hooligans at my house & office
                                  And will beat us and degrade us in our society and office to get money.

                                  Tere office mein aake tujhe chodunga saali randi,) i am requesting you to please take strict
                                  Action and sent apology letter to me or else i am taking you to court as i have call recording for the same,

                                  Extremely rude and abusive, i have told him clearly i have applied for loan once i get that
                                  I will pay but loan did not got approved so i had planned to pay by eom once i get my salary,
                                  But he was not ready to listen he kept on abusing.

                                    My name naval saini from bangalore, i have opened kotak 811 account in the last year 2017 initially kotak bank not charge any withdrawal charges but after my full kyc, you started withdrawal charges will effect from my account activation during the month of jan to mar 2018 you people debited everything whatever is there in my account some rs. 1200/- without my prior consent or my information i am really disappointed for this... I called kotak bank customer care but they also very arrogant persons they don't even listen the customer they are behaving like a police...
