I have been charged TBMS thrice I. E. 59+59 on 15 oct 2018 without any intimation. I am holding an account with Kotak Mahindra bank 811 account and maintaining it well but these people I don't know why charging TBMS charges that to twice a day. I need this amount back on my account or else I should have authority to know why it got deducted without prior notice.

    Mom visited kotak mahindra bank kandivali lokhandwala branch to
    Withdrawal 200000 rupees from bank on 07/09/2018.

    Cash withdrawal was done then today on 14/10/2018 after checking my
    Mom statement 784 rs charges was deducted from her account.

    At the time of withdrawal at counter no one intimate her about the
    Withdrawal charges then what is this charges for?.

    If there were some charges we would have not withdrawal it.

    To withdrawal our money why will we would pay you the charges.

    Kindly reverse the charge as soon possible or else close my account.

    Admi mai sab se baat nahi kar sakta,

    Who is this bada admi??..

    This is how you treat your customer?.

    Do mr n. Pohare know how there staff treat customers on behalf of them.

      My daughter remitted large amount from canada. Her canadian bank has stated in writing, “kotak mahindra (Km)” accepted the wire transfer on 11 october.
      I enquired with my km relationship manager (Rm) on 11 october, who informed me; he was out of office and will attend to me in short time. Neither my rm nor anybody else from the bank did anything for me that day.

          We have already visited your m g road branch office and talked to your legal team and other collection executives but there is no any use of it. As in the mail we have received your mob no we called for our help. Please understand we need gst statement for deduction of my account. We will settle payment and do not continue wirh it. Please help us with the person who can give us the gst no. We had called and met them. We have a very bad experience by your credit card executives. They are harrasing us and raising their voice while calling for the payment. One of the executive called us as he is police sub inspector for demanding payment. Why they are behaving like this. Please help us with the person who we can meet and talk to them. We will pay you the amount we have used and request to wave off interest. Please tell us where we want to meet you. Please let us know how much amount you have collected from us.

            Ad hoc statement charge ₹93 have been deducted on 13-oct-2018 from my kotak account account without any information.

            But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.
            And when i opened account bank said their is no charges of online statements.

            So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹93 to my account.

              I have done a payment of 10000 at anand hospital and it shwoed me unsuficiant fund and the payment was not successful but from my card 10000 was deducted and in the app also it is not showing so my friend had to pay the amount now i have paid two times i want my credit card refund back as it was not successful and i tried 3 times and it showed the same message and it was not successful plz look into it

                Some Person : Mr Sharad Shetty spoke to me and he was very rude and arrogant spoke to me.

                When i asked him i want to speak with Mr Mr. N. Pohare... He said BADA ADMI mai Sab se BAAT nahi Kar Sakta, .
                My Credit card expired and have not received a new one, instead Kotak Bank has charged me this annual fee and upon calling, there are asking me to pay and not cancelling my credit card.

                They have the worst CC service compared to others.

                Not sure what kind of services they are providng, charging on a expired card.

                  Hi,
                  I have paid all the EMI on time though sometimes I haven't call the customer support to inform for my busy schedule so ecs request bounces few times. I never paid late if you can check the statement you can get to know. I have paid total 1016+1817=2816 Rs extra as charges. now i can see 220 rs still I have to Pay. I have contacted the support I explained everything.They told me that the extra charges will be reversed. I have the mail communication also. But those amount never reversed. just adjusted which I pay extra. THe phone banking ops are arguing with me and not ready to understand my word as they dont know what is the meaning of reverse and what is adjust. I need all those amount back else I am very afraid of taking loans further from kotak bank. I am kotak customer from very long time and these things proved the immaturity of the bank and their employees. Please call me for more clarification. I need the extra amount i have been charged to refund.

                    I’m an existing 811 edge account holder since long time. I’ve a grievance here for you to solve it asap.

                    While funding my 811 account on 6th october 2018 via debit card with rs. 5000, the process kept loading and finally ended up debiting my boi account and left 811 uncredited with no reference number. I have been waiting since a week.. There's no response from you people. I want my money to credited in my account asap.

                    If you cant handle it, better to cease self funding section from the app. Because payment gateways like citrus are of no use in real time scenario.

                        I was supposed to get the refund from swiggy to my kotak bank account xxxxxxxxxxxx7239 and the swiggy team is saying the amount has been credited but the same is not reflecting my account.                             I have a kotak credit card. I am paying around 15k every month still my outstanding is not decreasing which is some how very unfair for me. I want to close this card as i have paid more interest in past few months than the credit limit. I don't want to continue with kotak now because it is spoiling my cibil score. I am requesting you to close my credit card. I want to make the payment of my total credit card amount in 3 parts so that i can come out of this credit card trap.

                            I have tried lots of time to write to kotak by their section on their website but, it gives error every time.
                            One can say it's a trap so that customer who is busy in their own schedule can never make complaint and the suffer.

                            Really a fraud company. Even their ex employees says the same. Never buy any thing from kotak.

I made imps today due to ideally mistake with one digit payment transfer to wrong person last digit of account was 518 by mistake type 418 instead of wrong details payment successful transferred to wrong detail.                                     Today on 11 oct 2018, early morning at 6.46a. M, a fraud transaction of 148572.47 is done from my kotak credit card. The transection was done for solo clothing. And my credit limit goes in minus (-58399.79).
                                    When i got a call from kotak bank to confirm this transaction i have asked them to reject it and i called[protected] support number and raised a dispute (Service request number - sr#1-[protected]) and blocked my credit card.

                                    Also a transection of 76146.15 was tried for lzc legalzoom.com, which get declined due to card deactivation.

                                    I request the bank and rbi team to look into it and remove fraud transaction of 148572.47 of solo clothing from my bill.

                                      I am not happy to your account because it's spoiling to me every time put money in ac then automatically gone in closing ac. Now i am scrad before put money in ac. I have only one kotak ac i don't have another. When calling about money in customer service then he give me reply he cut your outstanding balance. Nobody tell me how much is remaining. Last time i am put money in ac to transfer to some one this time money gone in clo ac. Today some one send me 2000 then same result.
                                      Now i want decided i am closing account it's better way for me because every time feeling scared before money then better way close the ac. Suppose i have outstanding money it's meaning not cut all money without inform. Couple of times i am spoiled my name only and only reason of kotak bank when i am promising to some one i will give you money then your bank cut my account. So please if you have good way then assist to me otherwise tell me you close your account we don't have any other way then i close my account
