Mom visited kotak mahindra bank kandivali lokhandwala branch to
Withdrawal 200000 rupees from bank on 07/09/2018.
Cash withdrawal was done then today on 14/10/2018 after checking my
Mom statement 784 rs charges was deducted from her account.
At the time of withdrawal at counter no one intimate her about the
Withdrawal charges then what is this charges for?.
If there were some charges we would have not withdrawal it.
To withdrawal our money why will we would pay you the charges.
Kindly reverse the charge as soon possible or else close my account.

Some person : mr sharad shetty spoke to me and he was very rude and
Arrogant spoke to me.
When i asked him i want to speak with mr mr. N. Pohare... He said bada
Admi mai sab se baat nahi kar sakta,
Who is this bada admi??..
This is how you treat your customer?.
Do mr n. Pohare know how there staff treat customers on behalf of them.
