I'm not able to understand that why the bank has deducted tbms amount from a kotak811 account i was informed earlier that no extra charges will be deducted from your account but still the bank has deducted a amount can you please explain this why kotak bank has deducted the amount can you please resolve my problem or guide me to solve this issue please.

    Hello my a/c number is [protected]. Kotak bank has deducted rs. 177 in 4 tranches from my account as charges for cash deposit. Why has this amount being deducted from my account? I need clarification and refund for these unauthorised charges. Nothing such was communicated to me by the bank. This is not acceptable. Kindly look into it and revert asap....

    I request you to get my refund immediately, because Kotak Bank has been deducted Rs 4596.

    So, can you please take it urgent and help me to get my refund of Rs 4596 from bank.

    I go to branch and talk with them for refund they told me that bank will pay in next 15 days.

    but after more than 25 days there is no any result.

    Dear sir
    It was a bed experience with opening a account with your bank as i was given my account on 18 september 2018 to your bank manager mr vibhor ji and mr abhishek ji. With a chq amount of rs 5, 11, 000.00 dated 20/09/2018. But chq was cleared on 03/10/2018, and my account is opened on 09/10/2018, after this till date 18/10/2018 my chq book is not delivered to me. I am calling to your manager mr. Vibhor and mr abhishek but both are not picking my phone and not give the valid reason for delay for opening my account and delay of my chq book. When my account is opened on 09/10/2018 and my amount is transfer in my account on 10/10/2018. Why my chq is cleared on 03/10/2018. Who is responsible for this. I am complain to rbi, banking lokpal and also go to consumer court.
    I want to know that how many days took you for opening of a account as per rbi guide lines.
    Please revert me

      Kotak Mahindra Bank starts deducting my balance. First of all Bank Deduct my 118 INRR as Net Banking Pin Regeneration (Which I'd Not done before or I don't need) After contacting customer support/Branch. They told that it can't be refund but We promise that in future bank'll never deduct amount from your account. But the bank is one of the totally fraud and lier. I have rated 10 out of 10 before but Now I am giving -10 (minus ten) to the bank. Bank is started to deducting my balance from my account. My 11 INR has deducted and the reason is TBMS. What the ### is this TBMS. I hate the bank. Too much people complaining here for just the reason TBMS. Kindly resolve this issue otherwise I've to go on high court.

            Mom visited kotak mahindra bank kandivali lokhandwala branch to
            Withdrawal 200000 rupees from bank on 07/09/2018.

            Cash withdrawal was done then today on 14/10/2018 after checking my
            Mom statement 784 rs charges was deducted from her account.

            At the time of withdrawal at counter no one intimate her about the
            Withdrawal charges then what is this charges for?.

            If there were some charges we would have not withdrawal it.

            To withdrawal our money why will we would pay you the charges.

            Kindly reverse the charge as soon possible or else close my account.

                  We have already visited your m g road branch office and talked to your legal team and other collection executives but there is no any use of it. As in the mail we have received your mob no we called for our help. Please understand we need gst statement for deduction of my account. We will settle payment and do not continue wirh it. Please help us with the person who can give us the gst no. We had called and met them. We have a very bad experience by your credit card executives. They are harrasing us and raising their voice while calling for the payment. One of the executive called us as he is police sub inspector for demanding payment. Why they are behaving like this.                     Ad hoc statement charge ₹93 have been deducted on 13-oct-2018 from my kotak account account without any information.

                    But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.
                    And when i opened account bank said their is no charges of online statements.

                        My Credit card expired and have not received a new one, instead Kotak Bank has charged me this annual fee and upon calling, there are asking me to pay and not cancelling my credit card.

                        They have the worst CC service compared to others.

                        Not sure what kind of services they are providng, charging on a expired card.

                          Hi,
                          I have paid all the EMI on time though sometimes I haven't call the customer support to inform for my busy schedule so ecs request bounces few times. I never paid late if you can check the statement you can get to know. I have paid total 1016+1817=2816 Rs extra as charges. now i can see 220 rs still I have to Pay. I have contacted the support I explained everything.They told me that the extra charges will be reversed. I have the mail communication also. But those amount never reversed. just adjusted which I pay extra. THe phone banking ops are arguing with me and not ready to understand my word as they dont know what is the meaning of reverse and what is adjust. I need all those amount back else I am very afraid of taking loans further from kotak bank. I am kotak customer from very long time and these things proved the immaturity of the bank and their employees. Please call me for more clarification. I need the extra amount i have been charged to refund.

                            I’m an existing 811 edge account holder since long time. I’ve a grievance here for you to solve it asap.

                            While funding my 811 account on 6th october 2018 via debit card with rs. 5000, the process kept loading and finally ended up debiting my boi account and left 811 uncredited with no reference number. I have been waiting since a week.. There's no response from you people. I want my money to credited in my account asap.

                            If you cant handle it, better to cease self funding section from the app. Because payment gateways like citrus are of no use in real time scenario.

                                I was supposed to get the refund from swiggy to my kotak bank account xxxxxxxxxxxx7239 and the swiggy team is saying the amount has been credited but the same is not reflecting my account. As per them it was credited on 12th oct but till now no update about the same. The reference id: 5392676207846856904055.
                                Since morning i’ve trying to contact my bank but the no. Is not available.
                                I request you to help me get my refund back else they would do the same with every customer.
