As per appended subject from my last three cash pick up request every time short found in my cash which is not acceptable??What is the meaning of cash received stamp and acknowledgement
Why cash pick up guy is not counting the cash in front o[censored]s ??
Why he is stamping the cash receipt and giving acknowledgement if there is difference in cash.
In good faith 1 or 2 times I accepted earlier that may we made a mistake but this time in today's cash I counted 3 times my cash which is very low only 118000 in which 1note of 500 rs is short as per the cashier. I counted three times my cash which is also in my CCTV footage.
In this September month total 10 times we deposited cash in my account in which I gave 4 cash pickup request by home banking, when cash is sent through my staff there is no cash difference while in 4 cash pickup request in 3 cash is short.
Details of cash deposit request by home banking are:

1) 24/09/2018 request was 118000
But 117500 deposited,
500 less deposited in my account.

2) 21/09/2018 request was 132000
But 131600 deposited, 400 short in my account.

3) 14/09/2018 request was 172000
But 171500 deposited,
500 rs short credited in my account.

There are also short cames many times and every time I request that why u not counting cash in front o[censored]s, the cash pick up guy replies it's not my job.
I just want to know that in home banking cash pickup facility, what are the guidelines, our agreement with vendor or circular.

When I gave cash at my registered address by home banking and cash pick up guy is not counting and checking the fake note and without counting and checking he gives cash received stamps in cash slip and gives acknowledgement
So what is the meaning of stamp and acknowledgement if difference in cash received at cash counter.

Kindly give me the details and clear the policy that who is liable if after giving cash received stamp and after leaving my office there is difference is cash and fake note comes.

      On September 6th i Recharged 129 Rs To My Mobile No And it Was Not Successful & Amount Id Debited From My Account.It Was Not Refunded. I Was Called To Customer Care No And They Told Me TO Wait For 2 MInutes And I have Waited 10 Minutes Then i Cut The Call. And And It Was Cost Me 25 Rs For Being Line With Them. Still I Did't Get My Money Back. I am Not Satisfy With The Kotak Bank Services.

        My last working day in kotak mahindra bank was 26-jul-2018.

        After many reminder in mail the offroll payment department not answering.

        I m called many times in[protected], 45, 34, 35. But did not received my call a single time.

          Myself preeti kapoor has taken one credit card from barclays bank in 2006-07 (Don’t know exactly). Already settled that account in 09, but now i started receiving calls from executive from kotak mahindra bank is in contact with us saying that your dues are rs. 22000 and you have to pay it. They settled the matter in amt rs. 8000 in sept-2009 with my husband. I already have noc. All these calls are made in odd hours and person is really abusive on phone. Please note as per rbi guidelines calls are to be made to the person on his/her number

          How can we pay to third party. The bank persons are ready to show the concern letter regarding the dissolution of barclays with them. But now i am totally confused weather to give the money or not? Is it authorized agency or they are cheating us? Please give me the suggestion or any concern consultant who can handle the matter.

          After 5 years i got a call from someone claiming collection officer from kotak. Person explained me that kotak has taken over barclay and the previous settlement letter is null and void. They also know how much i am earning.

          Since morning he has called 12 times and using abusive language. I have also marked the same mail to kotak bank but this man is insisting me that i should come and meet him today only.

            I have paid money through debit card to a link provided by kotak bank to open kotak bank account my money deducted but it is not deposited in my kotak bank account. Here i am attaching the prof. I have contacted many time to the bank authority but they are not helping.

              My account has been blocked without prior notice on 7th september 2018. I just received a message informing the same and reason mentioned in that was kyc deficient account.
              I was travelling at that time and i faced lot of inconvenience as i was not allowed to do any transactions. I called customer care several times, but they don't know anything and everyone was suggesting me to visit a branch, which i couldn't do as i was travelling on an important work. After that i made calls to branch and made lot of complaints with customer care and raised many escalation emails. But till date my account is still in blocked state.

              The branch officer meena told there is some issue with my brother's account and hence his and my accounts were blocked. I am shocked like.. If there is any issue or suspicion in the transactions they have to enquire about it or lodge complaint with the concerned authority and most important thing is they have to inform the same to the customer which they never did in this issue.

              The officer meena is so arrogant that she is yelling at me like.. "it will take time to unblock your account and your brother's account won't be unblocked. You can complaint to whomever you want and i don't care". When i told her that i will close my account with you if this is the behavior then she again yelled at me like do as per your wish and we don't need your account.

              With this i am helpless and baffled by the behavior of this bank. Till date i have been calling customer care again and again for unblocking my account but no one is helping.

              Kindly take up with kotak authorities on this issue.

                There were two transaction being performed from my kotak credit card without my knowledge with about 500 rs for some claro ivr recargas about which i have no idea. It is totally fraud and is not at all acceptable in terms of such a secure bank. Not sure how it happened, the amount could have been quite big. I am afraid..
                This happened with me on 25th sep, 2018 at about 10 in the morning. Although, i have requested to block my card but still would request to resolve the concern and check for these fraud transactions.
                I can see many such complaints not sure if they are ever resolved but should be as it is about money earned by hardwork

                  Waybill no [protected] shipment is not delivered to my address despite giving correct address...other stuffs from amazon and paytm get delivered to the same address by bluedart but my bank credit card is not going to deliver on my address..so i want to make a complaint against the courier boy...i am also going to complain about you guyz in consumer forum.

No one has visited for verification nor i have received my debit card /cheque book. Even in your app i clicked on book an appointment section 7 days back but no one came. I opened this account so that i can receive salary of next month but its 5 days left and what should i do.

                      This is to complain against one of your employees neha rane who in the pretext of collecting credit card emi used foul languages against me and my mom. She called my mom a beggar when asked for a time of two three days. This behaviour is ridiculous. If this is the case i will have to file a complaint against her to the police station. I request you to please look on this matter. Her name is neha rane from dombivli kotak credit department.

                      I also have similar and terrible experience with kotak bank. I was appraised at the time of loan that the Preclosure charges are "Zero" but now they are saying its 4%, over and GST .what is all this bull? why should i pay 4%. I am unhappy with this Kotak bank .
                      Kotak bank is worst bank in india. sarvis is very bad..., ..., , ..., ..., ...
                      I'm opened my bank account through online after that I wish to apply the debit card through online but the process is worst

                          Greetings! I am writing this email with much grief and disappointment. My name is mausam goswami and lately i have been receiving collection calls on your behalf from several associates.

                          According to them they keep calling me with some payment that needs to collected for a credit card issued by barclays bank. I have pulled out my credit report recently and nowhere it is mentioned that i have used any money or made any transactions.in fact i have never applied any credit card from barclays bank till date. Moreover if there is any evidence of making transactions then i would certainly cooperate and do the needful.

                          Please help. I am becoming depressed and having anti-depression pills.

                            I taken car loan from kotak mahindra prime ltd., madurai.
                            Due to my business loss & financial situation, i can't able pay my due for last few months. For this cause, collection agent (Hari haran) from kotak mahindra prime ltd,. (Who did n't having proper id proof) deals me by using abused words, unethical behavior and he (Collection agent) beat me severely, i upload the photo copy for proof... I also compliant to mr. Kanagavel (Direct staff, car loan, madurai) regarding this problem but he reply me "it will happen usually if any customer didn't pay due" and he supports to those collection agent.
                            So i need a resolution for this problem, pls help me from this unethical behavior persons. Myself & my family so afraid from this activities of kotak mahindra bank... Pls save us...

                              I am being harassed by kotak mahindra bank, someone stole the copy of my pan card and driving licence, and got the credit card in my name, and they are saying that the card was issued, my personal assistant. I am a poor man i can't afford a personal assistant, i met with the banker and ask for the following information but they are refusing to do so:
                              1. Please have the forensic test done of my signature and the documents that i filled at the time of credit card request.

                              2. Please provide the contact details - (Such as, mobile number, e-mail id, and permanent address) of the person to whom i requested for the credit card and gave my pan card details and driving license details.

                              3. Please provide the contact details of the person who did the verification, and please share the copy of verification report.

                              4. Please provide the contact details of the person who delivered the card to whom it was delivered.

                              5. Please provide the contact details of the persons to whom add-on card was issued, also please provide me the evidence if i signed any consent for add-on card, because the person - (Sunny kumar bansal) you spoke of was my colleague in my previous organization was not my family member.

                                Phoenix arc has spoiled my credit rating by updating wrong information.
                                I have raised this issue to highest level in kotak and phoenix. They accepted mistake happened from kotak side. But still no correction happened.

                                1) [protected] - r1cp142382
                                The status is already “closed”. The status was changed last week.
                                The actual concern is:
                                Dpd from march 2018 to july 2018 were changed to “900” (Refer to the screenshot below)
                                Till last week the dpd’s were “xxx” –

                                - dpd’s cannot be changed since it was already a settled account in 2013. Post 2013 this a/c was not reported
                                - dpd’s should be “xxx” post settlement happened 2013. Phoenix cannot report me post 2013 since the a/c was settled.

                                Action required from your side – correction in dpd “march 2018 to july 2018” to “xxx”

                                No change in status it is still “written off and sold”

                                  Respected sir/ madam, my name is mr. Rajesh vanga and myself had taken) kotak mahindra bank account. And they charged me rs 3185, i complained about this to home branch (Hyderbad) and they said that its backend fault and they will rectify it. I had received money rs 1358 only, and now they charged agin 177 from my account. Now they are not responding my complaint, i am suffering mental stress because of this annoying charges. Please help me out here.

                                    I have converted my account to salary account with minimum zero balance and when I have received my salary they deducted around to 2000 as maintenance charges minimum balance and they freeze my account.

                                    Even they are not unfreezing and not refunding my amount. Customer care not pick up the call. third class bank and services I request users not to open account in Kotak Mahindra,

                                      I did a wrong account transfer on 13th sept 2018, i have made a complaint to your bank 1-[protected] reference no, everytime i had called up customer care and asked for call back, and no one informed that i need to visit bob bank, today i was said to viait bob bank and handle myself, i will go but this should be informed earlier by your bank, which they dint. Unhappy with the service.

                                      Today i.e 19/09/2018, i had also visited BOB bank but they said that it is supposed to be handled by Kotak and when i told that Kotak executive gave resolution that is wrong and they dint receive any email from kotak as its a different branch.

                                      Kotak should send the email to the branch email id, thats a common sense
