My account has been deducted for Rs.885. for annual fee on debit card.
While taking the account I got an update from your executive that there wont be any charges were present on the bank account and debit cards.
I don't know why you are trying to deduct now.
If this goes on and I wont get any reimbursement for the money which was deducted, I will cancel my kotak bank account.
Can you update and provide me the refund asap.

    kotak mahindra bank recovery agents harassing me

    I was taken 10 year before barclays credit card & I don't think that there is any due payment that time, barclays credit card is closed now and agent told ki Kotak bank have aggrement to credit card recovery of barclays credit card bank credit card, now Kotak Mahindra bank recovery agents harreshing me for pending due with the mail & telephonic communication and harreshing me for civil court case, arrest warrant etc., I asked for statement...

    I purchased a USB drive from amazon, but transaction failed, they initiate the refund on 14-aug-2018, but still I didn't received my money in my account, they give me a bank transaction ID- 424949, the amount is 415 Rupees only. I've called banks customer care but still I haven't get my money back since 16 days..
    Please resolve this issue.

        Receiving calls from [protected] saying that they are from kotak mahindra bank regarding loan taken from citi finance in 2004, saying that i am a defaulter, threatening me for repayment. If kotak mahindra bank had taken over citi finance in 2014 then till date why they have not called me and now suddenly calling me and harressing me. If i am a defaulter then they should file a legal action against me, instead of threatening me on phone. Your help required.

          On 24/08/2018 I have deposited 5000rs in my kotak 811 account. Money has been debited from my corporation bank account by using internet banking. but it is not credited in kotak account. I received successfully transaction massage from kotak Bank & deduction massage from Corporation Bank. it is attached here.

            I had salary account, which was later converted to savings account once i changed job.

            On 15th of august 177 rs charges are levied as tbms for cash deposit in my account.

            May i know the reason for it. Also note, account balance is way higher than minimum balance required.

[protected] and the refund of amount 2380 was processed on 16th august with reference id.[protected] which has not yet been credited in bank account as i have contact my bank and they said we didn't recieve any such transaction and then i have contacted irctc helpline no. And didn't recieve any solution please help me out and look towards this issue and credit the amount in my bank account as soon as possible.

                    I have never requested for a credit card from kotak mahindra bank. They have deliberately issued one on behalf of me and now fraudulently demanding money for the same. It is a complete fraud practice that is going on. It displays outstanding balance as rs 352 in my netbanking against a card which i have never even received nor did i raise a request for. I want the amount to be removed and no amount should be charged. This is ridiculuos

                        Royale CC has provided to me on july 2018 and they have promised me that the card was lifetime free card, however 1399 has debited from my card for Oneassist. and they haven't informed me about the deduction before the card has issued. Really this is insane. so they can tell any lies to sell the card right?? I have called the customer care and they didnt give proper response and i have contacted the agent who has provided the info about the card and he has also not given the proper response. I have to blame the kotak only, they have only cheated me with the false info. im maintaining the saving account, RD account and credit card with Kotak. but still i was cheated by them

                          complaint against the vasai east branch

                          My wife went to the vasai east branch on 4 aug 18 to open a saving account, the sales executive told that it will open in 5 to 7 but till date that's on 23 aug 18 the account is not open, everyone is giving excuses but no one called us, when we went personally to the branch to know the status of account so they told account will open in 24 hrs but still the account is not opened, after 18 days they are telling that it will take 4 to 5 days...

                          The amount of 1500 was deducted from my 811 kotak account but not till now added to my paytm account.
                          2 days passed but neither the money is added to my paytm payments bank account nor it will be added back to my kotak 811 account.
                          Before this transaction i have made more transactions but for it only it takes a lot of time to process please look for it and do something as soon as possibe.

                            Very bad experience while opening 811.
                            I have open 811 new account online and verification done on last saturday in sarjapura branch bangalore. After verification i got message with link to pay rs. 10000 and i paid through net banking, but still amount not updated in my 811 account. Visited branch the told will sent your request to other team but still no output. Tryied called to customer care they blocked my pin. Rise complaint request to kotak bank site but no responce. Can you guys tell me what going on? Please i am requesting you give me my money back? I tried every possible way to reach you i don't want to open account in your branch please give my money back.

                              I am a student and a job seeker have a 811 account in your bank. I am already facing so many issue and today i got an dangerous scam from kotak bank when i opened 811 account that time there is no any charges but recently kotak bank debited 885 two times from my account in a day. The amount is too big for me you dont understand that how much value of this money for a student who is surviving in other city from home.

                              Even i dont have physical debit card of katak bank but you charged. Please anybody help me to get my money bank i never keep any amount in kotak. Please help me to get refund as soon as possible.

                                I availed a finance facility from kotak mahindra bank. Last month i missed the periodic installment and next month i filled the two installments together. But without any checking they started calling me up i told them many times that i have filled the installments but they behaved very rudely and i started arguing them. After that what they did they deduct rs 1520 without any reason and when i asked them about the deduction they were unable to satisfy me, i called them many times but all in vain. Last week they send me a letter that some installments are due but i have payed all the installments on time. I called them but now they’re not answering me. So i have written to their higher authorities and waiting for their reply.
