Hi,
I am a student and a job seeker have a 811 account in your bank. I am already facing so many issue and today i got an dangerous scam from kotak bank when i opened 811 account that time there is no any charges but recently kotak bank debited 885 two times from my account in a day. The amount is too big for me you dont understand that how much value of this money for a student who is surviving in other city from home.

Even i dont have physical debit card of katak bank but you charged. Please anybody help me to get my money bank i never keep any amount in kotak. Please help me to get refund as soon as possible.

    I availed a finance facility from kotak mahindra bank. Last month i missed the periodic installment and next month i filled the two installments together. But without any checking they started calling me up i told them many times that i have filled the installments but they behaved very rudely and i started arguing them. After that what they did they deduct rs 1520 without any reason and when i asked them about the deduction they were unable to satisfy me, i called them many times but all in vain. Last week they send me a letter that some installments are due but i have payed all the installments on time. I called them but now they’re not answering me. So i have written to their higher authorities and waiting for their reply.

      On 17th august 2018 i have done an imps of bank of baroda, khora branch at 8:58 am, amount of rs 349. But amount debited from my account on same time but it was not transfered to respective account. So please suggest and immaditily refund my amount in my account.

      Note: after transactionan message found where given message if amountnot transfer in 3 hoursthen it will be revert in 3 working day in your account.

      Sir i am a current 811 kotak bank account holder...on 21st august 12.44 a.m i made a transaction of rupees 2000 through kotak bank virtual debit..at that time my money was deducted but didnot recive in the sending bank account.. So pls resolve my problem

        Abhiudai singh on aug-20-2018 submit a complaint. This is to inform you that, on 07-aug-2018, i, abhiudai singh had booked a ticket with transaction id - ([protected]) from nagpur (Ngp) to h nizamuddin (Nzm) by online payment through kotak mahindra bank (Debit card method). It is showing that irctc has refunded the money to your bank account but i haven't got the amount in my account. My bank by which i made the payment is punjab national bank.

          I would like to inform you that last two months back I upgraded my credit card, Its been 60 days, i haven't got any update or my credit card not delivered to Pune address, i called several times to customer care people, they will raise a request and will inform that wait 5 days, then after 5 days if i again called, sorry sir i will take another request and same 5 days, these follow and till 60 days I have not received credit card, They increased my credit limit as well, the existing one is blocked and unable to transact anything, Now i got frustrated and please cancel the credit card, that also i have thrice no service, poor service, please cancel my kotak credit card

            Hi i had over due of 18800 and i was making my full payment but due to some issues missed payment for 60 days and you people told me that you can settled credit card by paying14500 and your credit card will be permanently block.. Or else if you pay full payment of rs18800 u can continue using your credit card.. But after making the full payment they have changed their statment and now they are saying it is not possible to remove the collection block im sure kotak has cheated me on this issue..

              Hi, i have got a letter from kotak mahindra bank asking the arbitrator to invoke the rights of arbitration where i have just missed 2 payments which are now paid still and this month's is pending because of change in job which i will pay by month end still this arbitration is not over and arbitration letter states that i have not paid whole amount. This is total madness kf bank

              Once I was blindly trust on Kotak. but i was not aware of this hidden charges. i finally decided to withdraw my account from kotak and i also suggest you all people no doubt its very eazy in use but don't go with Kotak. they charge my 7000rs without any intimation. was my hard earn money. open your account in any Govt banks rather than pvt banks.

                Hi i had over due of 18800 and i was making my full payment but due to some issues missed payment for 60 days and my card was blocked and asked me to make the whole payment but even after making the payment they have changed their statment and now they are saying it is not possible to remove the collection block im sure kotak has cheated me on this issue my crn no is[protected]. I recently called up customer care and asked them why havent i got any msg for my full payment and now. They are saying that we can't unblock your card, u have to apply for new credit card or complain again after a month. Worst service i have ever seen. Will update what happens very soon.

                  As per credit card statement the late fee & interest charges charged by you as per detail :
                  16/07/2018 late fee charges of rs.700
                  25/07/2018 interest charges of rs.8402
                  25/07/2018 gst charges of rs. Rs.1638
                  The last date of due amount of 15 august of rs.62301. I have already paid the amount before due date on 06.08.2018 of rs, 62302.
                  I am also attached the receiving copy of payment with stamp of your bank.
                  Please reverse the late charges & interest amount in my next statement.

                    I am getting threatening calls with regards to the credit card outstanding of my distant Relative Vitika Baraskar.
                    I am neither in touch with this person and have not aware of her whereabouts.
                    But your credit card is mentally harassing me for her due payments. I don't understand when you didn't ask me while giving credit cards why the hell are you asking for outstanding payment?

                    Please don't harass a person for someone else default.

                      Dear Sir/Madam
                      I have purchased a New Kotak credit card assurance by them with no joining fess and Annual fees. But in the first month statement they have mention with Joining fees, i have called to the customer care about the reversal of the joining fess, the executive confirmed the reversal has been done, but in real the request has been taken but it was not processed on the same day, it was processed after my payment due date, which makes me to pay late payment fess +GST+ other charges in the second month bill for the joining fees, which was reversed after my payment date.

Not a single response till now. escalated to Principal nodal officer by name Ms Khusboo 3 days ago who promised a quick response. But still no luck. Are any responsible person in Bank to attend customer. Do you still standby #indiainvited???

                          I applied loan for 2.50 lakh and giving me insufficient amount approval.
                          Had a word with mr. anurag, my loan has been approved but getting a mail of 1.50 L ..
                          This is completely fload with customer.If bank cant provide the loan why kotak make us fool .
                          After many discussion and mail, i dis not get any resolution..Now i already spread lie thing about to kotak shared in social media ..Most of corporate customers will not take loan to kotak..

                            I’m very disappointed with service of your bank. I submitted all kyc documents on[protected] in nearest branch nabha (Duladhi). Till now my lite account not upgraded. My account [protected], not received any payment online. Bank denied all requests. How can you advertising quick and rapid service for open new account. What is benefits o[censored]seless lite account which is open with few process. I think thats all is formality or vision for catch new customers. I unable to deposit my cash.                               i am getting calls from Kotak Bank saying that i have taken loan from them in 2004 (which i have not) i dont know how they access my mobile phone contacts and they are calling my friends and for the payment (this is going on from past week), today i told the lady ok i'll pay if you provide me with bank details or email from the bank stating the repayment, since then there has been serious harassment from the recovery abusive and threats from them, they are calling my friends and colleagues (how get their number) ive my current cibil report too since 2004 which i can share with you, the numbers which i am getting calls are [protected] and[protected]

                                I have a kotak zero balance 811 account and i tried doing an online transaction online for above 1 lakh, and the payment got cancelled because of daily withdrawal limit.
                                The payment was attempted at[protected]

                                But now the account is also frozen, and i can't take the money out.
                                Toll free number is not helpful. The account was opened 13 days ago....

                                Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 14-aug-2018 from my kotak account account without any information.

                                But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.
                                And when i opened account bank said their is no charges of online or esttment.

                                So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account.

                                  Hi,
                                  I have transferred 4500.00 from my SBI to kotak Mahindra bank on 08-Auh-2018 it was processed successfully from sbi and amount has been deducted from my sbi account but same is not credited to kotak Mahindra bank.i have raised complaint with sbi and kotak banks.SBI people saying it is already processed from sbi check with beneficiary bank.

                                  Its almost 1 week no amount has been credited or reversed back to SBI.

                                  FED UP IN SPEAKING AND RAISNG COMPLAINTS.DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO.

                                    This is with regards to the harassment calls being faced by kotak mahindra bank loan recovery agent/s. From no.[protected]. He keeps changing the name mostly by name prosenjit. Number reports spam.

                                    Firstly - i do not have any loans pending.
                                    There was one loan taken about 13-14 years ago of 30k which was repaid in full - the last of the installment was collected and closed.
                                    Someone called last year - explained all the details - and asked him to share the statement of account with details of every collected payment and cheques and the person never got back.
                                    Again there are flows of such harassment calls to all my relatives, office colleagues & sundry listed on my phone contacts which is not only uncouth & unprofessional to do but unethical considering loan is fully repaid. The last installment was paid with +1800/- penalty too.

                                    I have registered a police complaint under section 506 also against this number - have complained to kotak ceo too. Should i complain to cyber crime for the calls he makes to all my contacts? Please advise.

                                      I had tried to send 2000 rs via the kotak app through upi to an account, there was some problem with the transaction. The account where i was transacting did not get money, but it was debited from my account. I want the money either to be credited to the respective party or to my account. I'll provide the transaction id once kotak contacts me. I would like this issue to be adressed fast because its required urgently
