I have ordered Virtual Debit card but after my delivery i have received the cancellation message automatically.i haven't cancelled it.
mean while i have contact with customer care then they release it.
but i haven't yet received the Debit card.
In 811 from last week there is a message showing Your Virtual Debit Card will be ready in 2 Working Days.
till when i will receive my debit card....

I have NRE&NRO a/c with kotak it was said to me while opening that it should be jointly maintained now my NRE account was maintained so well from last 4 years now last my LIC bonus cheque credited 5000 rs to NRO a/c when i checked the whole amount is deducted from my NRO account for non maintenance of minimum balance charges.
Have no other issues with bank would like to close everything from the bank at the earliest.

I had done 2 recharges from kotak mobile app for a bsnl mobile number on 8/8/2018, but both the recharges did not happen.
First i recharged with rs.118 and since it did not get recharged i tried again with rs.144, both the recharges did not happen

Visited kotak mahindra bank - lokhandwala township, akurli road, kandivali east - mumbai - 400101 for paying tds of rs 59000 for sale on agreement property. Waited for almost 30 minutes no one entertain me, all executives are just roaming and asking for signing up for kotak credit card.

My salary account (In kotak mahindra bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined other company and there was no credit of salary into my kotak mahindra bank account. This is observed some of your relation ship manager (Arpit. Vig) taken the privilege to decide lower exchange rate for customer, where bank has applied higher exchange rate on same day same time. Today i got a exchange rate of 67.55 (Usd to inr) where as my colleague in same kotak bank got 68.30.
