I have purchased a New Kotak credit card assurance by them with no joining fess and Annual fees. But in the first month statement they have mention with Joining fees, i have called to the customer care about the reversal of the joining fess, the executive confirmed the reversal has been done, but in real the request has been taken but it was not processed on the same day, it was processed after my payment due date, which makes me to pay late payment fess +GST+ other charges in the second month bill for the joining fees, which was reversed after my payment date.
Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Requested to please hold the amount so that I may get refund from the party.
