I purchased car and financed through Kotak loan of rs 550000 agreement no. CF12540496. At that time I was told that if I foreclose the loan I would not be paying any kind of interest or any kind of foreclose amount. But now I am prepaying the loan and said to pay prepayment interest for the amount. Why is that so. That is a case of misguiding the customer. Please clarify the situation as to why I would pay the extra amount. My phone no. Is [protected]

    closing my kotak savings account

    I opened savings account in kotak bank before 3 months. Since from the day of opening it was blocked, due to the fact that, surname is not matching in aadhar and pan cards.

    Hi my name is sk monir uddin,

    I have opened my kotak salary savings account at2017. My crn is[protected] its crn no have tow account [protected] (Zero account) and [protected] (Salary account). My salary account no [protected]. I have already send a lot of mail regarding closing my account because of a balance deductions for demat account. If have 10000 rupees simply your bank take 600 aprox as demat charge so i send a mail for closing my account, but your representative told me to visit nearest branch for close the account. Now i am in gachibowli at hyderabad so i visit the velachery branch now they told some non maintenance charges applied to my account if i want to close. Ihave to pay that amount aprox 2500 rs. See initially when i open my account from your advizor person you told after 6 month it will automatically become as a zero balance account and they never told about this non maintenance charges. Hope you know the value of money. I have close my salary account no [protected]. Please close the salary account.

        I am having an account through which a fake transaction was done on 28.5.18. The amount debited was Rs 5000. The amount is still not credited into my account.             I mrs. Dipti amit dandekar, holding an account in your bank. I, have been getting calls from your loan recovery agents since last 3 months asking for mr. Arjun bainade whom i barely know since we stay in the same society. Miss muskan who first called me saying that, mr. Arjun's mobile is not reachable. She has been calling me as my no is provided by mr. Arjun as reference number. I requested her to not to call me again and to delete my mobile no from mr. Arjun's record since i dont play any role in any of his matters, which miss muskan agreed to do the changes. I even talked to one of your manager mr. Paul who assured me that my mobile number will be deleted from mr. Arjun's record and i will not get any further calls. But, again i received similar call on thursday 7th june from miss namrata koli. On inquiring she told me that my mobile no is still there in mr. Arjun's records. Its been a high time now so please look into this matter and delete my mobile number from mr. Arjun's record and stop these calls which are causing mental harassment to me or else i will take a legal action.

              adhoc stmt deduction

              Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 01-may-2018 from my kotak account account without any information.

              But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.
              And when i opened account bank said their is no charges of online or esttment.

              So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account.
              Withfrawal - 118.00 rs...

                Bank has block my credit card with out any intimation,
                with out bill generation of credit card they ask for payment of outstanding amount.
                after payment only they will unblock the card said by two customer care person.
                after payment, today another customer care person says to re apply for new card. they can not request for the same,
                upon request they said that their manager will call me in 4 hours but i haven't got any call.

                  Hello all,

                  This is bring to your notice that inspite of paying off the full amount of the cc, still they have miss used the auto debit authorization and deducted the amount from account.

                  Also they have blocked my card which was issue a month back with out any notice and want to know from them, why was this.. I have a cebil score of 823..

                  I have asked for many reminder but there is no response from them so i am forced to reach your team for help..

                  I have tried reaching them and all they speak in non-sense, inspite of having a CEBIL score of 823, they block my card with just an information on call is bank internal policy, where as i am salary account holder with the bank and also have they auto debit option enabled which they are miss using...

                  you can help then i am approacing the the COURT OF LAW and consumer court against them..

                    I have a 2 od account with kotak mahindra bank, ashok vihar, new delhi since 2012. Every year bank charges renewal fees from my 1 account but this year they charged renewal fees from my both accounts. When i requested to branch manager mr. Abhishek gupta, he said no need to pay charges from another account and we will take care of this. After few days i asked him to close my od account and gave him written application (I have a copy of receiving) because the charges is not waived off from my account. Now its almost 2 months but my problem is not solved.
                    I want to close my account but bank is not ready to close it.

                      This complain regarding my two issues currently i am facing in my kotak credit card.

                      1. Dispute transactions :- booked two tickets (Two & fro) form banaras to kolkata through irctc website which costs me 1323/- each but the bank has debited 4 times, so at that time i complaint to the customer care & they ask "ok" it's a dispute transactions hence will update you. I have paid total 2, 646/- which i was liable in the same month (Jan-18). Now on 6th june 2018, i am getting an information "sir you are liable to pay for the same" this is unfortunate. How come i am liable to pay, it's your issue, if you want will share you my transactions from irctc website but this un-ethical to harass your customer.

                      2. Regarding the second one, it's an amount of 8, 506/-. The big problem is when ever we speak to customer care, different people have different understanding to inform you, no one talk fundamental. I purchased an article from tata cliq on 19th apr-2018 with a value of 8, 506/- inr & requested the bank to facilate me the emi option, bank provide me the same on 19th apr-2018 & simultenously i returned the product to tata cliq in the same month, though i didn't like the product & 23rd apr-2018 i got the refund of 8, 506/- from tata cliq & have informed the same to bank to cancel my emi & in apr-2018 statement it's showing the bank cancel the emi on 25th apr-2018 as per the statement of may-2018, now again the one thing get calculated, receive & cancel in apr-18 & and in may it's been saying to me to pay 8, 506/- in may-18 statement. How come?? One thing is getting purchased, converted into emi & money get back to credit card in the same month & emi also cancel in the same month, than how the liablity are coming on my head, how come i am liable??

                      Finally this is something not expected & disappointing also from such a reputed organisation.

                        Kotak bank had blocked the credit card and gave me no reason for blocking the card and then because they had blocked the card, i decided to cancel the credit card and when i called, their customer care told me to submit a request after clearing outstanding bill. Funny part is, till today i didn't received my first bill. Yes card got blocked after 5days of receipt. I never wanted the card to be blocked by the bank which is the only reason for me to cancel this credit card. They're not telling the exact reason, only saying that its due to internal banking guidelines. After my card got blocked i got a welcome call from kotak and received a pin through post. How funny it is.

                        Yes, they did called me today twice, but same executive in the gap of 1minute.
                        First call was regarding my issue, that i rated them bad, reason behind that etc. Then he said that he'll check the issue and call back.
                        After 1minute he called and said the solution in simple way. 'We can't do anything, as it is due to internal banking guidelines, sorry for you sir'. That's how the conversation ended. What an ending. Keep it ur good work kotak.

                              Hi team,

                              This is raja ramesh, i need a quick clarification about my maintenance charges since september-2017 to february-2018, it's a huge deductions from my savings bank account. I felt very bad about this deductions without intimation or communication. I don't know why monthly balance deductions, its annually min balance maintenance is fine but every month deductions is not good.

                              Please check with other banks yearly maintenance charges.

                                I have bought grand i10 from samara hyundai-janakpuri in october, 2016. The loan has been arranged by samara with kotak prime for 3.5lakh. The kotak prime executive mr. Harsh committed that no extra charges/interests or any other fees will be in case of prepayment.

                                He had opened saving account for this in kotak mahindra bank and confirmed again that no charges will be taken in case of prepayment after 18 months.

                                Now, i called kotak prime and they are forcing me to pay around 5%+ gst on principal amount. I am planning to do prepayment of 60000 inr.

                                I have paid every installment on time but no importance is given to me by the kotak team. They are not replying me for this concern.

                                This is a "cheat" that kotak mahindra prime is doing right now with me. Kotak mahindra prime is playing double standard game with me.

                                Please help me on this case and waive off my charged for prepayment.

                                  Recently i've applied for a kotak 811 bank account and the company people made me to complete the full kyc and then the ank person advised me to deposit an amount of 2000 in order not to my account freezed. After sometime i've received an sms from kotak with a link stating to deposit money in my account. I followed the link and payed 2000 through my sbi debit card. Money was deducted from my card but not credited in kotak account. Transaction id inv36a1a0784a71

                                    Hi kotak team,

                                    Please convert my salary account to savings account.
                                    I no longer work in india. I'm getting continous mails regarding some service charges. Would appreciate if your team could check on this and convert my account to savings.
                                    Please deactivate my demat account, will i get my last deducted amount for demat? If yes please tell after how many days of deactivation, i will receive the amount.
