I submitted account closing form (formid#4785366) in branch 'sanath Nagar' Kotak bank today (24thMay2018) and verified with bank official, he said by the evening you will get sms with closing details, but till now no reply from bank. Please help me to close my account with kotak bank.

I am holding a savings account in your bank for the past 3 years. I wish to bring to your notice that amount of rs 36000 has been withdrawn from my account on 11th april 2018 at 10 : 15 pm which has not been executed by me from any atm.
When i took printout of mini statement of my account on dated 2nd may 2018 then i was totally shocked that there is no previous amount shown in my account....

I deposited Rs 10000 to my kotak account by using fund my account option in 811 account.But State bank of india account from which i withdrew money shows that Rs 10000 has been withdrawn. But i still didn't recieve the money in kotak account. It has been 48 hrs. I need the money as soon as possible. Please see through it as soon as possible.

Bimlesh kumar had applied for taken business loan of rs. 700000/-, reimurshed rs. 681907 on 21 dec 2015. Then installment started from 5 th june just after 14 days, of rs. 16838, which i paid for 15 installment, total comes to rs. 2, 52, 570 including interest until 5 th march 2017. I has filled in the application on 811 and the rep came to get the kyc. Their app wasn't working and i decided not to go ahead with account opening.
Since then, the bank calls me almost everyday to update the kyc even though i have told them numerous times to close the account and not call me ever again.

The continue to call me everyday. Please have my number removed and stop harassing customers.

I have a kotak 811 account. Today i have been charged rs - 23.6 seven times. Total 188.8rs debited from my account. Why? This is very bad. I am thinking that i should close my kotak 811 account. When i opened my kotak account the bank executive said that there are no other charges... Bt your just liar. Please solve my problem otherwise i have to close my account....

The harassment this Bank account is doing with user is not acceptable.

I had zero balanced salary account. when i opened the account they said that this account is zero no such amount need to open or will deducted.

Im having a kotak mahindra bank Trinity account its a zero balance account. Past 4 months more than 1500rs debiting from my account. Dont knw why these things happening. If i call to customer service centre, there will be no proper response. 28.75 rs will start debited continuously around 30 to 40 times. Please take a necessary action. I'm taking this issue to higher level.
