Dear All,

Recently I have been charged annual fee on my debit card INCORRECTLY by Kotak Mahindra Bank.
I contacted several times to the customer care, and each time they say that the concern will be taken up in 3-4 working days. Moreover, they say that GST charges will not be refunded !!
So, this means Kotak Bank will keep on deducting invalid charges from your account, and will refund only the amount excluding...

I saw the cibil in the nsme of Rajendra hariram kabra an A/c no FI1, P118791 sanctioned amount shown Rs 52417. Where as i have not took any loan from bank.
Pleasr look into the matter and correction carried out.
It effect on my cibil score.

    Received credit card bill statement for this month (Jan) to pay it before feb 2 2018. But i never applied for a credit card from kotak in the past. Even i'm not in the organization/address which the statement
    Has. To whom they have contacted, given the card and who are using it really nightmare to me. Even though i didn't applied and received any credit card from kotak, got monthly stmt to pay the amount. Tried to connect customer care but it's working for me.

        I am a privilidged customer of kotak bank since last 6 years. I stay in mumbai.Its very disappointing experience this time.One year back i have taken a kotak life insurance policy from kotak mahindra bank mumbai kandivali 90 feet road branch.Concerned person was Mr. Yogesh, he misguided me a lot about policy.Later i didn't get it useful so again i went to him for closing of policy.He told me to write a letter and email regarding it and he said that i will get the premium amount after one year of closing, i said ok and i did the needful.Its the matter of dec'17. But still i got intimation of auto deduction of premium amount.I called customer care they registered my complain with complain number(SR#1-[protected]) and said that i will get call from kotak kandivali branch but i didn't get any call from branch, i am getting call and emails from kotak life insurance to pay premium amount etc.Fortunately in my account sufficient balance was not there so ECS request got failed otherwise i was charged premium amount after closing of policy.
        I wrote mail in the month of december to mr yogesh, kotak customer care but i didn't get any response.
        Please help me!!!

          1. I have applied for personal loan with kotak. I was told that am eligible for loan amount of 607311 and i will be credited the same.
          But after that i haven’t received the full loan amount as promised, i have credited with rs 593987 which is less than rs 1103 after deducting charges of rs 7311.
          I should have received the loan amount of rs 600000 after deducting charges. But i have not given the amount.

          I bring to your notice that without my knowledge bank has debited rs. 678.9 in eight times but bank customer care is saying this side is orange pay but i don't
          Know so how to possible debit amount from my account without knowledge i have complaint home branch and already customer care and i have generated request 16.01.2018 in morning. Please look into the matter and credit the same to my account. Kindly resolve the issue immediately.

          And i had a request deposit fir karol bagh branch (Ifsc kkbk0000191). But karol bagh branch is saying that i can not accept this fir because this is a fraud transition so i have already depended bank customer care team.

            Kotak Mahindra Bank charging anonymously in my account. I did not make any transactions for last 10 days. Today they have charged my 500 out of no where in the name of interest and GST.

            Kotak mahindra bank charges too much of fines. They debit and credit money in your account repeatedly to gain their interest on that. I have been paying the money with balance and they have been charging the same interest twice a month.

              I am harshini vuppala. On 12th and 16th jan, 2018 i got more than 300 threatening calls from kotak mahindra recovery agents asking for kumar and sailaja vuppala whom i don't know. The only common thing is my surname. They were asking me to give a message to them that they should be calling kotak mahindra immediately. They were not calling on my personal number but on my company's landline. I had been threatened from my hr that i ll be terminated for something fishy. I am innocent and i don't even know who those two people are. It's pathetic and very bad on kotak mahindra side to have unnecessarily defamed and abused me for my no fault. I don't have an account with kotak nor do i have any link with them on the same note. None of my family members have an account in kotak. It's ridiculous and pathetic to have experienced such an incident. I am in a job threat today as i joined that company just two months ago and they wouldn't be able to trust my innocence. I wish you understand my problem. I want to understand where you got my details from and the company details too. I never shared my company details with anyone. I only posted something on twitter tagging the company and in naukri. If you got my details from there then it's a privacy breach. This is an illegal action from your side. Please don't call me for any recovery again as i have not given surity to any person in my life and especially someone linked to kotak. Pathetic bank i should say. I lodged a complaint in cyber crime comissionarate in gachibowli today. Case no: 145/ccps/cyb/2018. They are tracing calls on my company's landline and also my personal number. I have observed many complaints on the same lines in this portal. You guys will get nothing on defaming people, harassing and breaching law. Worsttttttt people are talking on phone and not willing to listen to anything we say. Such a bad experience and bad bank too. When we called officials in kotak they say these numbers are no way related to their bank. Following are the numbers :[protected],[protected],[protected]

                Subject - insolence of your operation manager
                I am very disappointed by your bank services,
                On the date of 12/01/2018 i deposited a cheque in kotak mahindra bank at 12:00am and the cheque was from kotak mahindra bank and i also have a bank account in kotak mahindra bank, and i think it will take miximum 1 day for clearing but the cheque is not still cleared and today is 16/01/2018, but i am not disappointed by the cheque clearing but i am disappointed by the behaviour of you vikas singh, operation manager at 901, maharaja agrasain marg, sec-15, c-12/15, vashundhara, ghaziabad, uttar pradeep, 201012,

                Actully on the date of 15/01/2018, i visit at the nearest branch at vashundhara, sec-15, for the concerns of cheque clearing then vikas singh operation manager of branch he say's that you cheque will cleared at evening, but cheque is not cleared on 15/01/2018
                Then i visited again on 16/01/2018, then i will put a same question to operation manager vikas singh, then the behaviour of vikas singh is harrowing experience for me, he speaks in very loudly voice and he replys me that we send your cheque to sec-125 for the clearing he says that we don't have sufficient staff to do all work from there so we send it to sec-125 at head branch of kotak, and he says next time don't deposit the cheque in our vashundhara branch, this was the behaviour of your operation manager vikas singh, i am so disappointed by the behaviour of your operation manager at vashundhara sec-15 branch,
                And this was happening 2nd time with me with same issue, and same person and same harrowing experience.
                "customer are good to you" did your organisation has not thought you to how to handle customers,
                And i will not leave this i will compliant these to your higher authorities about this.
                The harrowing experience i have to face today has raised questions on kotak banking ethics and way of functioning.

No. Ppr[protected] which was done bt top up by kotak and it's been closed by you in 9th oct.17 but still this axis loan continue running and it's not closed till date which they are continue running ecs of axis bank and i am not going to pay this.
                    I also inform you that axis bank is directly deducted all charges from my kotak saving account against axis loan which is not closed by you, i would telling you that i am not paying your current emi of personal loan spln[protected] from the month of jan.18 till you not close my prevoius axis bank loan and also have to return my all money which was deducted from my kotak ac by axis bank and in future whatever bounce charges are there if i am not paying your emi till you not close my axis loan i am not the responsible for this issue and i am not going to pay any single rupees till you not clear my all dues.

                        Respected Sir, I am card holder of card ending number with 8626 Harikesh Mishra. from Since 4 months I am going under financial trouble and I had explained everything to collection people that I am jobless and asap I will recover fro this temporary situation then also they have started harrassing me and abusing me anyhow I managed bear minimum amount due to make credit card in active stage. lastly I had spoke to Mr Vijay from collection department he has committed me that your card will remain active and I had made the payment of 1700. After paid the aforesaid amount he said only collection block is there on credit card . Any how I am trying to recover from this situation I asked him that I am depositing 5000 can I use that amount later "He replied yes you can but after 24 hrs. After waiting 24 hrs he said make a request to customer care to unblock the card. I called they pupil said 1 week after your card will be unblocked. Then I called Mr Vijay he was not answering my call full day afterward.

                        After then I call to customer care and confirmed about my credit card the people said that your credit card has been permanently blocked and it not will be activated when I said what is the way to activate my card they people give me Mr Sudhir number and said that to speak to him.
                        When I connected to Mr Sudhir he has said me that you are card will be not activated due to Cibil default.
                        I am being harassed for my credit card activation although I have paid some amount and I am ready to pay in shorter periods but even though the people are not activating my cards kindly help on this, as I want to be a regular customer of KOTAK CREDIT

                          I have contacted kotak bank team through facebook, they responded very well and immediately I recieved a phone call from them. Problem has been solved within 7 hours. Anyway thanks to consumer complaints team for contacting kotak on behalf of me.

                            Few days back i paid 10, 000 as full settlement for the credit card and as one of the kotak mahindra representatives said this could be settled. He gave a final settlement letter. But i never got any message from kotak mahindra that the amount was credited to the credit card or any other kind of online texts from bank. The executive now does not pick my phone and bank says they have not received any payment. Please help!

                              Hi, i made a neft transfer of 7000 to a kotak mahindra account razrzeb*. Ifsc code is kkbk0000958. This account number was added to my beneficiary list in my bank account and i also had made several transactions to this account in the past. This time, after transferring the money, i got to know that this particular account doesn't exist now. Even then i got the message today that the amount has been credited to beneficiary.
                              Please refund my money as the kotak account to which it is transferred, doesn't exist.

                                They have been harassing me for over 6 months for a non existent amount outstanding from abn amro bank from 2008. They also have reported the same to cibil in august 2018 and spoiled my cibil credit rating. Despite contacting uday kotak and mt gupta this problem is not solved. I have asked for the counter slip of 1070 rs that they have claimed i used from abm amro card but all they produce is a excel sheet with out any credentials. They are behaving like extortionists. Pay up or we will spoil your cibil

                                Apart from that they picked up a business loan file 2 years before with 5000 rs cheque, file wasn't processed, loan was neither granted nor rejected and no information was given whatsoever but they banked my 5000 rs cheque and never refunded it.

                                I am from bangalore and have opened the account in aug and i am facing issue related to deducted amount for min non maintenance charge. They have deducted Rs.708 in month jan'18 for oct'17 without any notification.They have deducted after 3 months. Please help to reverse my balance in my account.

                                  Innitially kotak mahindra did not tell about all the hidden charges, but now they are charging like hell and not informing me. But it showing when the bill get generate and appears in statment, moreover when we are trying to contact customer care they dont respond at all.
