money didn't get refunded yet after 2 days of transaction

I added 1000 rs in my kotak 811 account and my canara account got debited for 1000 rs but no money got credited in my kotak account on 21/12/17. They said my money will get refunded back to my canara account in 1 or 2 days and now it's day 3 and yet no refund. So, please look into it and refund back my money as soon as possible.

5 weeks passed, kotak mahindra bank has charged me 12900 as i had cancelled product and emi. I asked for the exact details why they have debited 12900 from my credit card account. Still no details sent to my email as promised by their support team. This fraud bank has charged double money for every single purchase i made. Their policies are not clear and they have many hidden charges. They enable emis without even asking permissions. They disable emis on their own without any permission. They charge for this emi conversions around 1000 rupees every time. My proper account balance was normal. Because of these fraud kotak bank business tricks it went to negative balance. They are telling me to pay the whole money as i have been asking them to send me detailed information about 12900 for last 5 weeks. Please share this post and make other realize how fraud cheating this kotak bank is doing in every account.

The fraud Kotak has debited 12900 from my credit card account in the Month of August 2017. This is December 2017 and there is no solution from them. I requested to explain the items included in 12900 debit several times repeatedly. Still they don't have answer and ignoring all my requests. All I have to do is to pay that money and nobody helping be to understand why I should pay 12900. Their customer services are poor and not finding any solution to the problems I face because of them. They are calling repeatedly 5 times a day to get the payment for the credit card. But, when I ask to explain and solve my problems. They did not even call me even a single time. I'm paying as there is no other option for me. I request you to cancel all your credit card, debit card, insurance, and other financial accounts from Kotak Mahindra Fraud/cheating bankers. Pass this information to all your friends and family and save them from such a cheating services.

Arch so we need education loan in kotk branch manger and send the mail in melbone university offers mail in november 9th take the manger asking phone no problem we just 5 days i give him loan still not answer in bank side i am a big coustemer in our bank thats worst bank for kaotak no responce your bank we many more time asking our barnch direct and phone call so we leave our bank accounts

        Transfered my money from my sbi into kotak bank using my sbi debit card. 20000rs did not get credited again. This is second tme happened. They hve problem in there server and same issue happening again and again. Big bank lke this cheating and cant repair there server is shocking. I wanted to use my money today but they did not credited it. There phone customer service is pathetic also. No one help. Kindly return my 20000rs and credit in my account or i will send a legal notice to kotak mahindra for cheating. Its been more then 12hrs now i am waiting. Will never use kotak in future.

              I was trying to withdrawal some cash from kotak mahindra bank (Shop no. 20, vasant place, sector 6, r. K. Puram, new delhi 110 022) on 15th dec, 2017 by using my pnb debit card. I received instant message the rs. 1900 has been deducted from you account. But i did not received any cash from atm machine, some technical error message was flashing from screen. So i thought that this amount will auto credit to my account. But now it's 22st dec, and there is no amount credited to my account till date. Please help me.

                I've filed original complaint 2 months bank and kotak mahindra closed this as resolved without doing anything at all.

                Hello,
                My cibil report shows an account from kotak bank with number bf1p027874. When i disputed this since i never had any account/loa /relationship with kotak bank, i got message asking me to check with kotak bank.

                Kotakbank - bf1p027874 does not belong to me no change - please get in touch with your credit institutions for the required correction.

                Hence i kindly request kotak bank officials to fix this error and remove this entry from my cibil report.

                Hello,
                I have checked with customer care of kotak mahindra bank and they asked me to contact branch. When I went to branch and talked to the people there, I got a response saying the account number is a bajaj finance account number and that was when Kotak had tieup with bajaj finance and they can't do anything about it. What should I do now? CIBIL and kotak are not helping and damaged my credit score without my wrongdoing.

                  My account was put to a freeze state on monday morning with no clear update on the reason. I called the back end team of kotak mahindra bank and they claimed many people are facing this issue however we do not have an update on the correct issue.

                  I visit the branch and update my signature and aadhar card copy but till date i don't any update from bank and customer care.

                  I also upload mitc from and pan card to [protected]@kotak.com. I need my money urgent so how i draw a money i have no idea.

                  Kindly please solve the issue asap.

                    I applied for personal loan in Kotak. They took document on 30 Nov 2017 and told me that it will done in 4-5 working days, But today it's been more than 20 days and It's not done just because they don't care about their customers. The thing which should not take 2 hours also they took hole week(Verification).They also don't care of any mail communication from customers. I did mail I did calls and many follow up for my loan process but I am feeling really helpless with this personal loan process. I never had a account in Kotak so I don't know about other banking but please be careful while taking loan if at all when you need in less time duration. I am facing problem, for what I applied loan for I didn't get in that time duration also. Still they making me roam for completion of this process

I am getting letter of kalawanti devi’s loan letter’s to my address since last 2 years and we have conplained to bank officials but issue have not been solved.                         Hi, yesterday i. E 20th dec 2017 someone from this number ([protected]) called my father, lied to him that he is working with me and took my phone number and today i got a call from this number ([protected]) harassing me asking me to share my friend's number.
                        I am nowhere related to your bank and no one gave my number or name as a reference. Both these numbers are registered to your firm.
                        Try to find the culprit asap and at the same time i will be making a police complaint against your bank

                            My account had been debited for rupees 1200 & 1100 for two unsuccessful atm transactions on 17-dec-2017. I had register a complaints for atm cash w/d dispute with sr. Number sr#1-[protected]. After 48 hours money had been credited back to my account. But on 20-dec-2017 same amount again debited from account. When i contacted to customer care they said that bank claims transaction was successful. How it can be successful transaction? Since i did't got cash from atm. This is clearly fraud by kotak mahindra bank. Money is not safe in this bank

                              One of family member had taken a personal loan from kotak bank in year 2007 of amount 35000/- this information given by the recovery agent, i also cross verify this information with my relative and this information is true.
                              As i requested recovery agent to show me the document regarding my enrolment in this loan process
                              And i also ask him that i am a guarantor for this loan.
                              Recovery agent says no, there is not your name mention in any document. So i requested him not to call me for the same i am not able to help for the same
                              But from last week they started calling me and talking using abusive language and treat me like i am the loan holder.
                              Recovery agent forces me to call my family member and told to pay the loan amount. If i said no to them, they continually call me and start harassing.
                              I have continuously requested them that i am not responsible for your loan recovery that is not my job but they are not listening any single word. If i disconnect the phone or not answer their call they start calling on my office phone and speak roundly with the office staff, and threatens me if i am not receiving their call they will call on office landline continuously and make trouble for me.

                              Hello sir Thanks for your prompt reply The link you are providing is redirected to internet banking and number is provided is not readable, but my complaint is regarding to your recovery agent harassment As I mention in my complaint, my relative had taken loan, but, I am not a guarantor or not involve in the process, but still your recovery agent continually call me and threatens for the same I also launch a complaint to kotak bank nodal officer rereading this issue. Please look into this issue or provide me any kind of assistance to resolve this issue I have also taken legal help for this issue and. If the problem is not solved will launch a police complaint

                                Today i tried to deposit amount to my kotak account and i done through my dena bank debit card and my dena bank is debited 1000 and 1000 as i made 2 transaction but both transaction showed "net connection refused" then my dena bank account is debited by 1000 and 1000

                                  I have applied for a current account from kotak mahindra bank, sadar bazar, new delhi. The concerned sales exe representative (Abhishek)- ph # [protected], asked for extensive support documents. For last one month, i have not received even my account no from kotak mahindra. Also my account is debited with 30 k on 13th of dec.

                                  The dsl representative has been misleading us on the same for last 2 week. He is not willing to give contact number of the concerned person.
                                  Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Hi,

                                    While taking the credit card they told to me its life time free card after receiving the card they charged 600 inr, and i called kotak customer care they told to me it charge card and we raise a compliant against and any way you have to pay amount and i have kotak account also it really cheating the customers. Please take action against this.

                                    Already i did that one and i spoke with customer care also they don't know how to speak with customers and they are giving negligence response and they are speaking like bank want money not customers and i lost the trust on bank, i am getting doubt like you people are running bank or fish market if i this issue is not resolved definitely i will close the account .
                                    My account is freeze due to signature/MITC issue and I need to transfer fund for payments it's very urgent so please unfreeze my bank account i have submitted sign and kyc again at 18/12/2017 it is not resolved till now please help for this.

                                    I tried to load Rs 20100 through fund my account option in 811 app on 14/12/2017. my money got debitted from the other bank but didnot get loaded to my kotak 811 a/c no. [protected]. i want my money back as soon as possible otherwise i would be forced to take the shelter of Consumer Forum.
