I am sumaiya begam.
I have savings account in kotak mahindra bank in hyderabad.
Today (December 22, 2017), i have transfer inr. 990 to my friend with my mobile banking.
He doesn't receive the payment from my account.
But, from my account the payment has been reduced.
Below, i mention the reference number and my account number which i received from the bank after the money transaction.

I want to know about the transaction payment details.
I am requesting you to please solve my problem.
I am also try to contact the customer care of kotak mahindra bank. But, no one is answering.
Here below, i am mention the customer care numbers which i was used to contact the bank.

If customer has any problem, it will be the bank responsibility to solve the customer problem.
I believe that i will receive any solution from this complain. So, help me.

I will be make very serious issue. Because, i am having so balance reduction problem with this bank.
