Hi, yesterday i. E 20th dec 2017 someone from this number ([protected]) called my father, lied to him that he is working with me and took my phone number and today i got a call from this number ([protected]) harassing me asking me to share my friend's number.
I am nowhere related to your bank and no one gave my number or name as a reference. Both these numbers are registered to your firm.
Try to find the culprit asap and at the same time i will be making a police complaint against your bank

Is [protected] i applied for this account before 1 week everything​fine i submitted all the documents done KYC successfully completed but today i received a mail for the bank is that your account is changed to no freez to total freezed​ i didn't done anything wrong how can i solve this problem.?

    We are not able to contact kotak bank of midlleton street, sikkim house, kolkata since 20.12.17., its regarding bank guarantees issue., but no response from the numbers we could trace., no proper phone nos./fax nos/or mail ids are provided at the site.,
    Few nos we tried contacting [protected], 22834577, 578, 22806668, 6399.,

      My account had been debited for rupees 1200 & 1100 for two unsuccessful atm transactions on 17-dec-2017. I had register a complaints for atm cash w/d dispute with sr. Number sr#1-[protected]. After 48 hours money had been credited back to my account. But on 20-dec-2017 same amount again debited from account. When i contacted to customer care they said that bank claims transaction was successful. How it can be successful transaction? Since i did't got cash from atm. This is clearly fraud by kotak mahindra bank. Money is not safe in this bank

        One of family member had taken a personal loan from kotak bank in year 2007 of amount 35000/- this information given by the recovery agent, i also cross verify this information with my relative and this information is true.
        As i requested recovery agent to show me the document regarding my enrolment in this loan process
        And i also ask him that i am a guarantor for this loan.
        Recovery agent says no, there is not your name mention in any document. So i requested him not to call me for the same i am not able to help for the same
        But from last week they started calling me and talking using abusive language and treat me like i am the loan holder.
        Recovery agent forces me to call my family member and told to pay the loan amount. If i said no to them, they continually call me and start harassing.
        I have continuously requested them that i am not responsible for your loan recovery that is not my job but they are not listening any single word. If i disconnect the phone or not answer their call they start calling on my office phone and speak roundly with the office staff, and threatens me if i am not receiving their call they will call on office landline continuously and make trouble for me.
        Please guide me to get out of this problem

        Hello sir Thanks for your prompt reply The link you are providing is redirected to internet banking and number is provided is not readable, but my complaint is regarding to your recovery agent harassment As I mention in my complaint, my relative had taken loan, but, I am not a guarantor or not involve in the process, but still your recovery agent continually call me and threatens for the same I also launch a complaint to kotak bank nodal officer rereading this issue. Please look into this issue or provide me any kind of assistance to resolve this issue I have also taken legal help for this issue and. If the problem is not solved will launch a police complaint

        It is my request to you please look into this issue

          Today i tried to deposit amount to my kotak account and i done through my dena bank debit card and my dena bank is debited 1000 and 1000 as i made 2 transaction but both transaction showed "net connection refused" then my dena bank account is debited by 1000 and 1000
          But there is not any credited amount to my kotak account
          Kindly do the credit or refund my amount as soon as possible

            I have applied for a current account from kotak mahindra bank, sadar bazar, new delhi. The concerned sales exe representative (Abhishek)- ph # [protected], asked for extensive support documents. For last one month, i have not received even my account no from kotak mahindra. Also my account is debited with 30 k on 13th of dec.

            The dsl representative has been misleading us on the same for last 2 week. He is not willing to give contact number of the concerned person.

              While taking the credit card they told to me its life time free card after receiving the card they charged 600 inr, and i called kotak customer care they told to me it charge card and we raise a compliant against and any way you have to pay amount and i have kotak account also it really cheating the customers. Please take action against this.

              Already i did that one and i spoke with customer care also they don't know how to speak with customers and they are giving negligence response and they are speaking like bank want money not customers and i lost the trust on bank, i am getting doubt like you people are running bank or fish market if i this issue is not resolved definitely i will close the account .
              My account is freeze due to signature/MITC issue and I need to transfer fund for payments it's very urgent so please unfreeze my bank account i have submitted sign and kyc again at 18/12/2017 it is not resolved till now please help for this.
              I tried to load Rs 20100 through fund my account option in 811 app on 14/12/2017. my money got debitted from the other bank but didnot get loaded to my kotak 811 a/c no. [protected]. i want my money back as soon as possible otherwise i would be forced to take the shelter of Consumer Forum.

                Hi, i want to file a complain against the harresment done to me by kotak mahindra bank. They are calling me and asking about someone mr. Anupam whom i have lost contact 4-5 yrs ago. They asking me about some credit card settlement which is not related to me and i am also not liable to this issue. They continuously asking me and called my office landline and uses foul languages to other staff.
                They called continuously and misbehaving with other office staff. It is really a shameful activity by some reputed bank. They are really harassing me. I requested you to take some necessary action against this activity.

                  I was informed about a account opening offer in kotak mahendra bank, vijayanagar. There staff offered told me its a zero balance account and include a dmate account as well, i was asked to pay a sum of thirteen thousand (13000), which will be deposited in my new account, and can be later withdrawn, from later on the account will be zero balance. Dispite my written complaint to the branch manager no action has bean taken.

                    Hi sir/madam,

                    My account was put to a freeze state on monday morning with no clear update on the reason. I called the back end team of kotak mahindra bank and they claimed many people are facing this issue however we do not have an update on the correct issue. I was travelling with my family when this incident happened. I stopped at the branch to assist where i met mr md salman who told me its a signature issue as the associate who opened the form did apprise me that the signature needs to happen inside the box. So he made me sign another document and claimed he would need to send another signed document to my home branch. I asked him to send then and there he says we need to courier it.
                    Next day i reached to understand the status where i learnt that mr md salman at kalkaji branch new delhi didn't even send it. So again i had to request him to send it. Where he claims he has sent it.
                    I was also advised to send it to [protected]@kotak.com which was sent o 18th with no update.
                    Now i have a frozen account with no update as what is happening and stranded at new delhi with wife and 2 kinds below 3 years in this scorching cold with no signs o[censored]pdate.

                      Fraud services from kotak mahindra bank are unreliable. They rob and cheat people in the name of interest on every simple transactions they do in the credit card account. They are continually crediting and debiting amount from my credit card so that they can add more interest as a hidden charges in my account. So far, they have anonymously cheated my by debiting 12900 from my account. I manually calculated all the bills. But, this 12900 does not fit anywhere in my purchases. I repeatedly complain about the issue. Their not responding with exact details regarding 12900 deduction. They are keep calling me to inform that 12900 is debited from account which i already know. This fraud bank is not willing to explain why they have debited 12900 from my credit card account. Close your credit card accounts from kotak. They are not providing any 6% annual interest to my account. Instead, they keep charging me anonymously and taking more than 50% of my amount. I have been paying full amount every month 5000+ and they are keep adding negative balance to my account. Their softwares and websites does not show immediate changes when i make payments. But. They deduct immediately every single time. This fraud bank should be closed and help people by sharing this information to all your friends and family.

                      40 days passed and Fraud Kotak Bank still thinking about searching for answers with their back end team. They deducted 12900 from my credit card and it took 40 days to search for the answer why it is exactly 12900. Still waiting for answer from this faulty fraud bank. Their website does not reflect the amount they have to pay to me. When I canceled the product. I need to get my money back in my account. Instead, this fraud bank has debited money and not giving my money back. Please share this message to your friends and cancel your credit card and other services from this cheating kotak bank. It will take forever for them to explain what 12900 includes. Because, they dont want to give my money. They are sending credit card bills on time. But, money what I should get is not reflecting to my account even after 40 days. They have stolen my 12900 rupees from my bank account.

                          The request for closure of my saving account has been submitted at below branch on 17th may 2017.
                          Shastri nagar, lokhandwala complex, andheri west, mumbai-400053.
                          Earlier branch is not ready to close the bank account & raising one issue or the other & only after complaint to rbi, am managed to get this account closed.
                          There after i was struggling to get my account closing cheque despite multiple complaints, visits to the branch.
                          But the harrowing experience i have to face today has raised question on kotak banking ethics & way of functioning.
                          After raising multiple complaints & follow-ups last week i got a call from the branch to collect the cheque from the branch so i visited today.
                          I have been made to wait for more than an hour though they are hardly any customers in the queue since operation manager mr vaiabhav was entertaining the personal calls over his mobile.
                          After an hour i tried interrupting him since was getting late for my office but was shocked to hear abuses from him.
                          I have been told cheque will not be handled over & i can raise complaint to rbi to whom i earlier raised complaint for closing the account.
                          I understand the game plan of mr vaibhav was to call me at the branch & abuse me since he was not happy over my raising the complaint to rbi.

                          Don't expect anything from Kotak Mahindra Bank, have followed with top leadership as well, all rotten form top to bottom. Better close the account & move to better bank. I have done the same.

                            I transfer 20000rs from my sbi account to kotak 811 account but money got deducted from my sbi account and did not credited in kotak account, kindly check the issue, my crn numb[protected], account holder name raman arora. What is 24/7 customer service number. There is none i found. This is scary if money will get deduct like this and not get instant credited then why to use kotak bank. Kindly solve this issue, everyone money is hard earn not grow on trees. Dont try to do these kind of things. How i will get sleep now, 20000rs not a small amount. Kindly solve it asap. I need to clear my checks by tmmrw and money did not credited in my account.

                            Money debits instantly, why doesnt it credit instantly. There are a lot of banks that offer instant services. Why we choose you because you make promises for instant transfers. I dont think kotak 811 will grow to a big level banking venture anymore.

                            My complaint. This is the third time that money debited instantly has not credited within the mean time of the transfer. Had to wait for day. If you wont change your banking policies then you'll loose every customer you service with this kind. Credit my money ASAP. I am now out of Kotak 811. Best of luck.

                              Hi i had over due of 35000 and i was making my mind imum payment but due tto some issues missed payment for 40 days and my card was blocked and asked me to make the whole payment but even after making the payment they have changed their statment and now they are saying it is not possible to remove the collection block im sure kotak has cheated me on this issue my crn no is[protected]. I recently called up cuatomercare and asked them why havent i got any msg for my full payment and now. They are saying that pre emi closure is required then only they can send it for collection block removal. Worst service i have ever seen. Will update what happens very soon

                              Though after making the full payment for closure of my Credit card a/c and I received the NDC Letter but the bank has put my A/C into collection block.
                              Bank asked me to contact collection manager Mr Ateeq Ahmed who is really a pathetic employee of the KOTAK BANK, spoiling the image of the bank. till now he didn't talk, always says he is busy and disconnect the call or switch off.

                              I request the bank to update in my CIBIL records as closed account because it's still showing as WRITTEN OFF account.

                                I have been getting calls on my landline/mobile over an issue that has nothing to do with me. Agents name - prerna (Mobile: [protected]) is using abusive language, threatening to get me fired from my job. This is all after telling her that this case is against my father and i have nothing to do with it. After speaking with my father (Twice today) and me (Thrice today), she is constantly harassing me.
                                Number of call: atleast 30 in 3 hours today.

                                Exceptionally bad service from kotak - i recommend no-one to take any card/loan from them for their piece of mind.

                                  I have a visa credit card, there was a transaction from my credit card of rs.718.59 on nov-18 2017, for amazon prime membership and rs 705.93 on 17-dec 2017.
                                  The thing is, we already have the amazon prime membership.
                                  And, this was the second time happening in the name of amazon prime membership. I think u guys have to respond to this and take an action, don't know this is even happening.

                                    I’ve a grievance here for you to solve it asap.

                                    While funding my 811 account today i encountered an error saying “please try again later”during payment gateway. I’ve funded (Self funding) my 811 with 1000₹ today night, but my 811 account is not yet credited till today. Also my hdfc account got debited with 1000₹.
                                    Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                                      I get call form [protected] anil from kotak mahindra bank. He is asking 100 rs demand for interview. I paid 100rs amount to paytm. And take a telephone interview then selected job for bank operation but he is demand money for bond rs 950. I also paid 950rs. I call to anil but not respond.                                       Yesterday i had opened a online savings account in kotak and today when i tried to add funds from my Axis bank debit card, my 1000 INR have been deducted from my Axis account but in Kotak, it is still showing zero balance.

                                        It has been one month. Cheating kotak mahindra bank has stolen 12900 from my account and added negative balance in my credit card account. I have complained them several times. They are not ever considering. There is no explanation about 12900 debit from my account. So, i'm here to post 12900 complaints until they solve my issue.                                         One month ago Kotak Mahindra Bank has debited Rs.12900 from my credit account. I asked them to explain what it includes. They are not able to give the exact details about it. I have been complaining them again and again. Asked for call backs and there is no response. They are keep generating my credit card bill with random numbers and account is completely suspicious. I purchased a product and cancelled it. They have debited 12900 from my account as the product and EMIs were canclled. They are not giving any clear information about the deduction. This fraud Kotak Mahindra Bank should be closed. I'm here to ask you help as the Kotak Bank is not helping me to solve this problem. Please share this information on social media and help me. They have also blocked me from their social media posts as I was keep asking for help.

                                        There is no solution for last 3 weeks from Fraud Kotak Bank. They have cheated me with 12900 rupees in my credit card. When I cancelled my purchased item online and cancelled EMI for it, they have debited 12900 from my credit card and forcing me to pay 12900 without any explanation. I have been waiting for the response from them and they are not solving the issue. They just listen only what I say. But, never intend to solve any of my concern. I asked them why I should pay 12900 when I cancelled product purchased. They are not giving any response to it. When I asked them what this 12900 includes. They are forwarding my credit card bills and telling me to look in to it. All I can see is 12900 EMI CANCELLATION DEBIT. It did not say anything about what it includes. They are keep deducting money every month without any purchases. They say it is tax and interest. So, far I have paid double money for what I used their card. I suggest you not to go with bank. They have so many hidden charges. And keep adding negative balance to my credit card even after paying all the money every month. Cancel this bank accounts and save your money.
