I wrongly transferred 25k into rzrpkoin11bhu8q insted of rzrpkoin11bhu8q8.. The transaction reference no :[protected].
Its imps icici bank transaction. Already raised complaint to icici bank. They have forwarded to kotak mahindra bank. Please help me to reverse money. Its an emergency situation please help. Also tell how much time it will take for reverse the amount...

need explanation for suspicious 12900 rupees from my kotak credit card

link debit card to savings account

I have asked the kotak customer care executive to raise an request on behalf of me to link my savings account to the debit card xxx. But the very intelligent people of kotak customer care remove my debit card from my account it self, i have raised 3 service request and complaint regarding this. No response from bank side.

I could not make any transaction now.

poor and cheating service from kotak mahindra bank

I have recently opened an kotak savings account (3 in 1). By mistake i forgot my net banking password when i click on the forgot password link it is asking me to pay rs 50 for physical pin. All the other ways to reset the password got dissabled.

I haven't seen any other bank charging for forgetting password. I tried calling customer care service lot of times, it wont connect and even though i drop a mail requesting a call back...

transaction failed but amount deducted from the account

On 10th December 2017, I went to axis Bank ATM to withdraw amount of INR 1000, due to problem in the ATM i was not able to withdraw amount but INR 1000 was deducted. online transaction problem faced in debit card

I am karthik, i transferred money of rs.3000/- on 10/12/2017 to my kotak mahindra 811 account through my central bank of india debit card.

Money has been deducted from my central bank of india after that the pages shows me a error occurred and it doesn't say whether it is successful or unsuccessful.

fraud kotak mahindra bank has stolen my credit card amount

Few moths ago purchased a product on flipkart. Then canceled immediately. Kotak fraud bank has changed me 4000 rupees every month for 4 months. I gave complaint to cancel emi and return my money. After a week they returned all my money and also cancelled all my other emis. Now, this fraud bank telling me to pay all other emis in this bill. Now, they are charging more money to enable my amazon emis. They are crediting and debiting money again...

money not credited to my account

Hi this is karthik, on 08-12-17i was trying to add money (Rs 10000) to my kotak 811 account through my canara bank debit card.

The transaction was successful but my money is not credited to my kotak 811 account.

I was working with accenture and had been sold kotak salary account saying it is rs0 balance account and not necessary to have salary in account. Now i tried to change my employer in your system. Customer care said that they can't have that employer in. As they are not listed in your system. They said if the salary is not credited to this account then there will be charge.

Pathetic - i was never told that this will change me...
