Dear sir/ madam,

With the reference to my saving account no mentioned above myself mustafa juzer darukhanawala informing you that your branch has deducted unwanted aqb charges of rs.885.00 from my account so i am requesting you to credit my account which has been deducted by your side.

Further in previous month also your branch had deducted amount of rs.1600 and refunded only rs.1400, so why are you deducting the aqb charges every time as my saving account is of zero balance amount.

Further informing & requesting you last time that please credit my full amount which has been deducted from your side or else i will close my account and make complain against your branch in your zonal office and in ombudsman department.

Your cooperation will be highly appreciated in this matter.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

With the reference to my saving account no mentioned above myself Mustafa Juzer Darukhanawala informing you that your branch has deducted unwanted AQB charges of Rs.885.00 from my account so I am requesting you to credit my account which has been deducted by your side.

Further in previous month also your branch had deducted amount of Rs.1600 and refunded only Rs.1400, So why are you deducting the AQB CHARGES every time as my saving account is of ZERO BALANCE AMOUNT.

FURTHER INFORMING & REQUESTING YOU LAST TIME THAT PLEASE CREDIT MY FULL AMOUNT WHICH HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SIDE OR ELSE I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND MAKE COMPLAIN AGAINST YOUR BRANCH IN YOUR ZONAL OFFICE AND IN OMBUDSMAN DEPARTMENT.

    Through the customer service of kotak we got the number of subhash nagar branch employee mahesh for opening up of new 0balance account.
    The odacity of mahesh he abused was unprofessional and rude, and refused to speak to us when we spoke about 0 balance said he would only deal with people who have money to keep in banks.
    We have recorded conversation of this incident.
    I work for world 's biggest credit card company and we are a bank holding company too, i have never seen nor experienced such behavior of an employee. Even after warning him thati wil email the ceo his language got worse.
    I want to complaint against this person, if i don't get an apology from him verbally i will go to social media and make sure kotak mahindra which is diligently marketing one side on 0balance accounts and higher rate of interest this is how their employees are treating consumers.

        Hi,

        I am kotak mahindra salary account holder from last 2 years but i m not happy with your service.
        I have lost my debit card 6 months ago, i have requested many times for new debit card through customer care and through walk in at home branch but i did not any proper guidance for same.
        I requested them to deliver debit card at nearest kotak branch (Ram wadi, nagar road) but they told mi its not possible and it's against bank rule.
        Many times i have visited my kotak home branch (Aundh, pune) but they are not ready to handover my debit card as they told me, card will deliver on my official address which is comer zone it park, yerwada but same is relocated to giga space it park, viman nagar. Every time they delivered my debit card on old address so i told them to handover card to me (Customer) only but they are not ready. I have requested for correspondence address change but same was not done. From last 8 months i am suffering with this pathetic service.
        I hope i'll get proper solution of this problem. If this issue will not resolve within 8 days then i am going to close this account as your service is very bad and hopeless.

            Hi, on 2nd nov 17 i have transferred 5000 rs using kotak upi service. Same has deducted from my account but beneficiary has not received money. I was wait for one day but amount has not credited to my account. So yesterday raised complaint to customer care but they told me to wait for next day... Still i have not received refund.

            Same issue happen 3rd time. Every time i need to wait for 2-3 day for refund.

                      My name is aashish arora.
                      My dad "inder arora" took loan in 2008 and the loan got settled in "2012" from citifinancial.

                      In 2014 citifinancial acquired by kotak bank.

                      After 5 years of settlement my dad getting calls to pay the loan but he already paid it.

                      I dont know what happened to kotak bank... To make me embarrass kotak mahindra bank calling my facebook friends and telling a story and asking some of my facebook friends that "inder arora" father of "aashish arora" is a friend with you?

                      If they say yes... They tell them... That aashish arora phone number is not connecting and they gave your number for alternative number during taking loan.

                      First of all i didnt take the loan... My dad did... Second how can them harass me by calling facebook friends and telling them that my dad didnt pay the loan.

                      My literally so embarrased right now friends from facebook calling me that how can i give their number.

                      I mean what kind of way it is to get the money... Am really in depression that what would be people thinking of me that i am some kind of scam?

                      I didnt do anything i dont even knew about the loan back then i was even 17 that time and the thing is its not about money how can they call my friend and tell a lie.

                      May be i need to delete my facebook account or what... I dont want these guys to bother my facebook friends unnecessarily... Please let me know what should i do?

                      First of all try to understand the fact that i am not liable of single penny to you guys.
                      And i dont care whom did not paid the loan whom already did.

                      Because of you guys i had to deactivate my facebook account now i am worried if i re-activate the account my friends will start getting calls again from you guys.You dont even have any idea how much embarrassment i have faced because of this wrongful act.

                      If i or my friend get any call from people refering kotak mahindra bank loan department i will take a legal action.

                      This is really frustrating...you guys have done to me...dont do to others.

                        I am sumaiya. I am using kotak mahindra bank as the salary account bank.
                        Yesterday, i got salary on morning after that, evening when i am checking my account it is showing like 250 rupees reduction without any transaction details.
                        It is not only happened with me my colleague also face the problem on last month. My colleague got 1300 rupees reduction without valuable reason. We raise complain in the last month also but we did not got any reply from the bank side.
                        On my transaction details is not showing the clear details about the balance reduction.

                        I want the clear reason and reduction.
                        Otherwise, i am going to close the kotak mahindra bank account.

                          I have been trying to connect customer care from last 5 days but in no vain as your system keeps on asking to press xxx numbers but still unable to connect customer care in spite of being charged on every call and that too for very long period which is very frustrating. I wanted to resolve the issue of being charged for non maintenance of a/c. I dont know how to go for it as i m always unable to connect your so called customer service centre.

                              I have opened account of 811 which is zero balance account and one of rep came and verified aadhar and all then started. I have 1000 rs. I requested for cheque but not debit card but they deducted money for debit card also. Now they started deducting low balance as balance is zero as of now. They are cheating customers. Advertising zero balance account is giving fake info.

                                  Please note, on 1st november, i tried to transfer 600rs to another acc using kotak mahindra bank mobile application but transfer has failed, after that i tried again but same issue i found, main problem is my money has been deducted from my acc, i tried to call customer care but call not connected.                                     My personal loan no is 59657009. I have paid all the emi's and no any over dues but still continue banks is sending legal notice again gain to my home town..

                                    Why they are sending the legal notice.???.. I am unable to understand..

                                    One letter received from p. Ganesan (Arbitrator) from chennai for attain in the court

                                    Second letter received from kmbl... 11 oct 17
                                    Ref no... Not mention..

                                    When ever they want they hold the fund from my sb a/c
                                    Last month they have hold 06 times.. Without any mails or call..

                                    I have never seen this type of service from any banks..

                                    I am felling very bed for this and planning to closed all family member account (22 sb a/c and 04 current a/c)..
