I am kumar guarav singh, having account no [protected] in kotak mahindra bank.
In april and may, 1380rs were deducted from my account unnecessarily. I talked to your customer care and they said, it will be refunded in september but now october is going to end but i have not received my money. I visited your sec 18, noida branch few days before, your executive told me to contact customer care as it will take more than month from bank process. She did not do anything. I tried many times but not able to contact your customer care executive now and it costs me every time to listen unwanted scheme.
Can you let me know how much time it will be needed to return the money?
Seriously, frustrating service provided by kotak mahindra bank.

i frowded 6000 (six thousand only ) to my owner account but it no credted to my owner account same time debited from my account. i compllined 16/10/2017 they told with in four days amount will refund to you but still we not recived payment my CRI no[protected] please refun my amount at earliest
