Myself guru prasad kotak credit card holder from last 1 year i dont know how to explain about my issue with kotak bank facing from last 10 months my credit card limit was 1500/- where i have received excess bill of 20, 000/- on march-17 immediately called to customer care and enquired about excess bill they have informed me that including tax late payment chargers bill is 20, 000/-. After all this i received call from collection team and service they given option to close the card informed me to make payment of 14000/- where i was very much interested to continue the card requested them to convert the bill for 6 emi as same from collection team got emi letter to make payment of 19728/- in 6 emis as they informed and emi letter says i have cleared all my bill on 25th of september-17 itself but customer care executive is informing me now that card cant be unblocked. Where i have all the call recordings and written communication
Received from bank after making payment card will be unblocked i have attached the proof and if required will share u call recordings and everything for confirmation i received

Note: i have marked trai in this mail if my card not unblocked i will go with legal
Escalation and will escalate on social media will case file in consumer court

Find the attachments of written proof and i have call recordings also
Please help me on same to unblock the card

    Hi my self rohith one of the customer o[censored]r bank. Ur bank manager said that my account is a salary and zero balance account. So, you no need to maintain any balance in the account. Thn why the hell did you deducted money of 708 from my account by saying tbms charges. What the hell is this. And it is not the first time u charged me. I[censored] won't refund my money back i will complaint on your trustful kotak mahindra bank in customers court about cheating and robbing the customers. Give me an immediate reply.

    Kotak mahindra bank deducted money from my bank account as minimum amount non maintainence charge Rs.
    708 without any notification and i am not aware of any policy.

      I am using kotak bank. Today first time they deducted tbms of rs 23.60 three times total amt rs 70 from my account on 25/10/2017 and i tried to call customer care but even the customer care number is also not connecting. Bms charges are applied in my account without prior information. Without any email message they have deducted the above mentioned amount.

        Very poor customer care service. The aunty on care number [protected] keeps on saying press this & press that - no number to press to talk to some executive - if any in their office (I doubt). They don't reply the email which is only sent after login to their website. There is no working email id to directly email them from your email account.
        I want to close the account with them, which is also not an easy task to do with kotak. They can come to even hell if you want to open an account with them but when its to close the same - no support from them.
        Thanks for such pathetic service

            I was charged rs708 today as there was no sufficient average monthly balance /average quarterly balance. I got this account as my salary account which was a zero bal account... I quit working long time back due to my ill health and continued using kotak as i was happy with their facilities.
            I would like to get this charge refunded to me as i was not notified abt the deduction and i am struggling patient and a single mother for whom even single rupee counts.
            And i would like to know the procedure to cancel the account and i would like to open a zero bal account with atm facility.
            Please do the refund and i was keeping the money for very emergency expenses.

              I have been using the kotak credit card since 2013. It was offered to me basing on the car loan with kotak prime.
              Since my cibil is good they had offered a cash on card loan for rs195000for me on june 2016 with 12 emis along with a credit limit of 39000.. I have never defaulted any of my card payments since 2013 to 2016
              But after demonetisation my small time food business got slow and i could not pay the last 11th and 12th emi from april 2017 i started paying partial amounts till july 2017 suddenly an whooping amount of rs 107000 was shown as outstanding but my actual usage was only around 60000.
              I had to shell out around 38000 rs for an overdue amount of rs44000

              Along with pending 2 emis which carries interest along with principal amounts
              When i call customer care about the break up of charges they dont have an answer
              On july 31st the collection people visited my place and offered a settlement. Considering the fact that it would effect my cibil i denied the offer went ahead paying in full as per the card statements paid up in full. Along with penal and interest charges
              I was promised by mr. Vibin of collection agency that my card will get unblocked once the statement shows zero balance
              But to my dismay they have not unblocked the card and also not issuing no dues certificate
              Now i need ndc then only i can apply for new credit card to get approved
              I have also submitted complaint with reserve bank ombudsman

                Hello i am nimesh gajjar your complain number is[protected] is 24 hrs i got message from kotak but. I call at 8.34 pm ivr say that call between 9.30 am to 6.30 pm. What is unsatisfied service from your side

                If i have majer issue then where am i going? Other bank like s. B. I, axis, hdfc, bank of baroda have a 24 hrs helpline number but you don't have. I suggest you please close your bank in india if you are unable getting a good service

                  Hi sir,
                  With respect to the above mentioned loan account no i would like to mention here that, this is the height of the customer harassment by any bank so far as i have seen.
                  I have heard that banks harass people those who are not paying the emi in time. But never heard of the news that harassing customer for paying emi and putting the name in cibil showing defaulter for not paying emi for a loan which is not disbursed at all. On top of that your bank has deducted rs 9079 (Emi per month) from my account. (Ac # [protected]).
                  I have given so many complaints on this thru customer care (1-[protected]) and they promised to resolve the case, but in vain. After so many calls they have given relationship manager (Arvind)’s number and even i had brief discussion with him many times. But every time he will say i will look into this and after that no answer after repeated calls also.
                  This is my last option to convey my message.
                  Please do the needful at the earliest
                  Issues caused by this activity:
                  =
                  Defamed my name in cibil as defaulter for not paying emi in time for a loan that i have not at all taken (Immediately need to remove from cibil report)
                  As of result of this cibil report i am not able to get education loan for my son and not able to pay fees for my sons college (If something big happens it will be responsible of kotak mahindra to take all on them)
                  To avail education loan i need noc letter from bank immediately so that i can apply for education loan
                  Reverse of emi that deducted from my bank (Unnecessarily) with interest
                  Since i am suffering all the trouble due to this activity i need compensation for this heinous act of bank

                    I have been facing a lot of issue with kotak since last 4 months. Every time they have been doing some issues to the loan process, approval, disbursal, unauthorised emi withdrawal for the un-disbursed loan. I would like to know how to sort out this matter. Still my money is pending. It affects my credit score and they didn't return the amount which was withdrawn from my bank account. The only response i receive is it will get credited today, but it never happens. Even after sending multiple emails, most of the time i have never received a proper response from their side. No proper team co-ordination in the loan division. No email/phone/sms intimation. They gave me so much of stress as i am unable to pay off my other monthly commitments. Kindly help.

                      I had opened a 811 account through mobile app later got it converted into edge account in a branch visit.
                      But when i reopened the app a fresh new 811 account got regeneted on its own.
                      So their were 2 accounts, 1 was unwanted.
                      I went to the branch but they denied closing the account. And said me to wait 6 months for automatic freeze.

                        Hello,
                        I am kumar guarav singh, having account no [protected] in kotak mahindra bank.
                        In april and may, 1380rs were deducted from my account unnecessarily. I talked to your customer care and they said, it will be refunded in september but now october is going to end but i have not received my money. I visited your sec 18, noida branch few days before, your executive told me to contact customer care as it will take more than month from bank process. She did not do anything. I tried many times but not able to contact your customer care executive now and it costs me every time to listen unwanted scheme.

                        Can you let me know how much time it will be needed to return the money?

                        Seriously, frustrating service provided by kotak mahindra bank.

                        Your executive called me that time (some day before), he told me that the request will be processed in starting november. But still the problem is looking same.

                        I have not received my money back . Can you please tell me when you deducted money unnecessarily immediately, then why it taking months to return the money?

                        I have called your customer care many time, it gives every scheme/stories but not able to talk any executive. It has cost me more than 100rs, are you going to pay this money to me?

                        Can you let me know how much time it still needed ? Is there any solution available?

                          This is highly irresponsible behavior and treatment to the new customer who is willing to open a saving account in your kotak mahinder bank, mg road indore branch.

                          Mr amarendra singh with mobile number +91-[protected] promised me that my account will be opened within 24 hours. I visited your bank i think on 8-9 oct 2017 and mr amarendra singh opened my account with a balance of rs. 10000 (Which i though can be opened with zero balance but he said that zero account balance saving account can only be opened through paytm which i did not understand and i agreed to open a saving account at rs 10000 balance.)

Finally i got connected to your mg road indore branch and now i have to take all the efforts and write you the mail for the my saving account.

                          Please update me asap else revert my money.

                            I was using a kotak urbane credit card, which i request to deactivate on april 2015 before i was travelling abroad. Recently i was back and came to know that this was not done. Recently i came to know that some penalty is put on the card and i am getting the payment statement of 1800. From past one month i have been trying to contact you customer care to sort this issue. But no one has responded till now.

                            I have called to customer care by yesterday, people confirmed that amount will be cleared with in 24 hrs, but still not .

I had enquired in branch but there is showing card status close. How can they close debit card without any call. I didn't get any call from bank. Also i applied to dmat trading a. C.                                 I just opened shop at patel marg in jaipur and open bank account in your bank branch of mansarowar at jaipur.in the starting i met mr abhishek who is working account open department and he assured me that after open account in bank, bank will give swipe machine in 5 days after account open and also told me that after account open your bank branch team member will come to my shop and help me how to use net banking.

                                But after almost 20 days spend neither i got swipe machine and nor any banking officer help me in use net banking.. I really disappointed after seeing bank service which is worst today scenario where other banks are working like any thing.

                                I have salary account in icici bank and prevallge customer of the bank and service which i got in this bank from last 15 years is great.

                                I am hoping same service in this bank but very sorry to say you fail to give same service and i do agree that i made big mistake to open my firm accounts in your bank.

                                    This is the complaint about the too much deduction of money made to me by kotak mahindra bank regarding amb non maintenance charges. After having 3700 rs in my account, i was getting the messages of amb non maintenance charges and there was the deduction of 1200 rs. From my account. As for non maintenance charges this much amount is not legal to deduct so i want the reversal of the money immediately as i am facing shortage of money.

                                      Dear kotak team
                                      I have my salary account in your bank and in my mobile app its shows that i am eligible for 270000 loan so if i proceed for 170000 loan for 3 year its shows your request is submitted but afterwards no response

                                      Now i am getting application reference number #plk4z0adym

                                      My colleagues are getting easily personal loan without verification from their mobile app from other banks

                                      Then why kotak taking so long?
