Dear,
I am a former employee of kotak mahindra bank, mumbai infinity it park goregaon corporate office. I was under notice period from 7/06/2017 to 7/07/2017
My last working day was july7th 2017. I have completed the separation process in the systems also.
It has been more than 1 and half months since i have resigned from the bank, still i haven't got any intimation regarding my relieving letter and f&f settlement. This is just not the right way to treat your employees and if you can't treat your employees well, then how will you be able to satisfy your customers. I am fed up with sending mails and remainders regarding the issue.
Please consider this as an emergency request and kindly complete the remaining procedures as immediate as possible so that i could get my relieving letter and f&f settlement at the earliest.

    I have given an application form for opening a bank account by 20th august 2017 but yet even after one month, the application is still not processed. The employees and the manager working at kotak mahindra bank, chitradurga branch, karnataka have been completely unprofessional in their working way. I have been going to bank every other day as they ask and yet the application is still not processed. This is the worst kind of service from a banking sector ever.

    My Kotak loan emi on every month 10 date but even today's date is12th still emi not cut from my account kindly do for the needful.very time this happened so kindly do as early as possiible.

      I hadn't opened any kind of account from named deepesh chanwla... E-mail : deepesh. Sana. [protected]@gmail.com... Please close my account because it's a fake account not real and account onwer is me not that person who opened this fake account on my behalf.
      I don't have any account details jus my name and email if i mentioned above.. Which shows i m not an onwer of the account.

      I have visited kotak branch and was adviced to call the phone banking. i have been calling kotak bank but no one to assist my cibil score has been effected because of the same and want to cancel my a/c and credit card.

            Dear bank, i have converted my card outstanding on emi same has been paid my me however still the s per my statement generated it is showing outstanding. Please check my card statement generated on april 2017.
            I have contacted the customer care since then still no reply is given by bank. The credit card is charging since then vigorously kindly look into the same.

              Hi, sometimes ago i opted for your 811savings account. But sometimes thereafter i came to know that i can only keep the only one same kinds of account with the any bank in india. (I have already been the customer of same kind of account with another bank). As it is having the aadhaar otp based. So, now i want to close my 811savings account... Let me know how to proceed...??                 Subject: complaint against rohit employ of kotak mahindera bank, vasant vihar brach new delhi
                This is to inform you that i sunil kumar customer of credit card holder kotak mahindra banka/c no :-[protected]. I made all the emi my outstanding amt of the credit card. I have emi letter with me, according that letter i paid all the amount on the right time.
                Rohit is a person who call me the payment every month and i paid all the amount in his account, unfortunately he is not paying my money in the credit card account. He did continuous last from 3 month, but i pay all the amt after that my account showing 22000/- outstanding.
                After doing mail on the kotak card customer, then only bank people call regarding the same issue, and right now even bank people also not attend my call and given the right and correct information regarding the same. Whatever proof they required from me. I gave all the proof on the mail.
                Bank people commit me for the resolve the case in 20 days. But still not get any update.
                As well as two person who are involve in my case:-1. Néeraj mitra:-[protected].
                2. Aarzo:-[protected]/[protected]. Right now both number are swith off.
                Request you to plz help to retun my all money bak that i gave to rohit account.

                  I had requested for account opening however i do not have an aadhar card, received a call from kotak and knowing the fact that i dnt have aadhar card, on 1st sept 2017 executives came to my apartment and collected my documents and cheque of worth10, 000. After collecting the documents they have stalled my account and are not opening the a/c as i do not have aadhar card, this is extremely bad, when they already knew that i dnt have aadhar card why did they come to my apartment for document collection. The next day on 2nd sept 2017 kotak had organized an aadhar camp and i enrolled myself however the agency did not submit my enrollment for processing due to which it was cancelled and no aadhar number was generated even after 2 and half weeks, when i inquired at the adhar customer care i was told that the centre has not submitted my enrollment at all for further processing, what a faulty service and mere waste of time. I would need to enroll again. The manager naveen doesn't even reply to my messages and emails. Extremely bad customer service from kotak. I have asked for return of my documents and no longer need any services from kotak anymore.

                    I am moinudeen i have an opened my account on 13/04/2017 in kotak mahindra bank branch dwarka sector 5 new delhi, ms deepika staff informed me while opening my account that it's 0"balance account but after actually it was not and my 826rs was deducted from my account with out my information, when i have gone to branch they said they will check, and after 15 days no response come by them, i met the branch manager also mr pushpender and i am shocked with his bhevivor and when i explained my problem to him he took very lightly and said that i can closed my account from kotak mahindra bank.

                    They have spoiled my experience in kotak mahindra bank, such as large bank of india
                    And staff like deepika and phuspender manager are taking bank down, and giving false information to there customer.

                    I would like to request you please address my problem and do the needful.

                      Our one of the bast bank kotak manindra made so pleased that ever after 1.5 month i have not received the funds that i had transfer using upi. I emailed them called them n numbers of time but they are so self-determination that are not ready to change their mind. It's like horrible nightmare to have an account with kotak. Customers service is so good that not a single person reverted with the solution. Request to reader if you can resolve my problem. I can not realy on this bank any more.                         My name is robin p mathew, i'm using kotak bank account from last one year. Till 2017 april my account is under corporate a/c, last month i got a message like keep minimum balance for avoid service charge, from the same day maintained minimum balance but few days ago rs 1239 debited from my account why, one bank representative information me service charge is only 450rs/month but 1239 debited from my account i need the cash back this type of activity not good for a leading bank. Please do the needful otherwise i want to close my account.

                          My name is karthik, your team has called me for verification and visited my home and my office at d-vois communications pvt ltd and confirmed iam available at these places, also they called me and asked my card delivery address after verification, but suddenly my application status as become not approved.                             I am suffering to get my reissued credit card from last two months. Twice i placed the request to reissue the card and deliver it on my new address. After telling and giving the message to the customer care representative its not properly delivering to next person. From last 20th aug, i was called to customer care people and explain everything that time they didn’t even informed me about anything regarding address or they can’t give it to another person. They were keeping me on hold and after call was disconnecting. I was requested for the manager to speak with manager is never available in the branch to speak to client. Sometime customer care representative is disconnecting the call in half discussion only. I am even sending mails and getting auto and framed reply bank from bank officers. On 15thsept i called 3 times and representative disconnected the call and twice i got the message thank you for calling kotak mahindra bank. All false commitment kotak mahindra is giving to the client.
                            In last month of july, i request to change my address and provided them my aadhar card copy and i revised the mail that my address is changed after that whenever i am calling bank they are reconfirming with the same address which is newly updated and the credit card they are sending on my old address where i am not staying and not even working there. I was requested for the representative to handover the card to my mother as i am on business trip still the message has not been passed to courier person. If they can’t not handover to other person they should inform me on the same time but they said yes, they can deliver to the person present their upon delivery. On 15th sept i called to courier person and he is saying he did not received any message for the bank and he cannot deliver to anyone other than me. I called 3 times today on 17th sept and reprentative do not have any information they are connecting me to manager and manager is not available to pick the call was holding the call 15 min each time.

                            It was my great experience working with kotak mahindra. Please block my all the request for credit card and bank account i don’t want to keep the relation with false bank when they cannot deliver proper services to their client.

                              Hi,

                              I wanted to update my phone number for my existing kotak salary account. I called to customer care center after trying many failed attempts on net banking. Executive tried to make me understand the steps but i was getting some different error as per her. So she suggested me to visit the branch.
                              I went to branch for the same but their people were so unprofessional and not willing to take my request and making the excuse that printer was not working.
                              I don't understand why they don't have any alternate for such a particular problem. How could they deny to take the request if the user is coming from far place? But somehow an agent took the request and informed me that this will update within 24 hours but now its been 4days but still my number is not updated.

                                I transferred the money from Kotak bank to SBI bank on Sept6 11 pm via NEFT, but today it is Sept15, but still, the amount has not been credited in the receiving end. I wish to be credited in receiving end as soon as possible. I have contacted the customer care in Kotak bank. They told me it will be resolved in 2-3 days about a week ago. But still, they have not resolved the issue. I don't know where the money has gone, it is neither in Kotak bank account nor in SBI bank account. Plz, fix this issue... I want the money in SBI bank, not Kotak.

                                    I booked a train ticket in irctc through paytm gateway using my kotak online banking on 8th aug 2017.
                                    I cancelled this ticket on same day.
                                    Recently i checked my irctc account, there it is showing rs.650/- refunded, but i have not credited that amount in kotak bank account.

                                      After repeated mails on closure of the account you still haven't done the same. Close my accouny and stop sending mails for non-payment of o/s amounts. The account is not operative since almost an year now. Maybe more than that. The company is impossible to reach through your customer service number. You don't reply to mails and then send all mails regarding payments. You check the balance. I have been charged more that what i owe unnecessarily. Close my account. I dont want to continue woth kotak anymore. Its worst with customer service.
