I am divakar b having kotak mahindra bank salary account (A/c[protected], mobile no. [protected]). Currently i'm working in
I have applied for delight platinum credit card. I have received a message from your side in which application reference no. Is mentioned.
While checking online status of application by application reference no.[protected], it is saying not approved.

When i told these things to customer support officer who filled my application. His behavior was not good and totally unmannered.

My application reference no.[protected] so please provide me solution as soon as possible.

    Good day, i abdul azeez nazeer currently residing in oman, here by request you to intimate me the policy status and recent statement of account of my insurance plan. My policy number is 00968933 linked with your kotak smart advantage [uin-107l043v01] launched during the year 2008. I have paid the premium by three equal installments during subsequent periods. And the total amount paid by me for the plan is three hundred thousand indian ruppees [inr 300, 000/-] through my n. R.     As respected to the above subject my name is Shivakumar D H, The kotak credit card's 2 month statement included "AUTO DEBIT FAILURE FEE 500rs and GST FEE 90rs" how it matters to me that it is very horrible. i am very dissatisfied about kotak.

      Dear sir/madam,

      This is to inform you that my name is dipak jadhav, i am being pressurized by kotak banks recovery agency numerous time to pay sum of outstanding of barkley credit card. Now recovery agency team telling me they have sent me court notice, but diddnt get even single notice.

      As per them the amount had been used by me through a credit card of barkley bank. As so many times it had been informed them via e-mail/phone about the some fraudulent tracsection was there, thats why i was hold the payment/dues of barkley credit card on 2010. There after barkleys credit card not responded me that time. Now a days i getting call from kotak bank to pay the dues about 15-16k. Even i don't know the card no, where it has been used. Despite my refusal they are creating tremendous pressure and calling relentlessly to pay the same. Due to this dispute neither i am getting any credit card of kotak bank nor loan. It has been effected on my cibil score. These are the few telephone no from where i am getting threatening calls [protected], [protected], [protected].

      If its related to barkley credit card [it was having with me on till 2010- i was blocked it due to fraud/dispute transection on it, so i was hold the payment till my dispute not resolved].

      So, it is my humble request to resolve my issue at the earliest or suggest to redressal the grievance.

          Kotak has charged non-maintenance charges of over rs 4600 in my account. These were charges not for the present month, but for one year back when the account was zero. According to rbi regulations, they are not supposed to charge non-maintenance charges for accounts that have reached zero.

          After complaining to the bank, they want to visit their branch. I have visited their branch three times in the last 6 months.

          A customer has more important things to do than visit their branch.

              Dear,
              I am a former employee of kotak mahindra bank, mumbai infinity it park goregaon corporate office. I was under notice period from 7/06/2017 to 7/07/2017
              My last working day was july7th 2017. I have completed the separation process in the systems also.
              It has been more than 1 and half months since i have resigned from the bank, still i haven't got any intimation regarding my relieving letter and f&f settlement. This is just not the right way to treat your employees and if you can't treat your employees well, then how will you be able to satisfy your customers. I am fed up with sending mails and remainders regarding the issue.
              Please consider this as an emergency request and kindly complete the remaining procedures as immediate as possible so that i could get my relieving letter and f&f settlement at the earliest.

                I have given an application form for opening a bank account by 20th august 2017 but yet even after one month, the application is still not processed. The employees and the manager working at kotak mahindra bank, chitradurga branch, karnataka have been completely unprofessional in their working way. I have been going to bank every other day as they ask and yet the application is still not processed. This is the worst kind of service from a banking sector ever.

                            This is to inform you that i sunil kumar customer of credit card holder kotak mahindra banka/c no :-[protected]. I made all the emi my outstanding amt of the credit card. I have emi letter with me, according that letter i paid all the amount on the right time.
                            Rohit is a person who call me the payment every month and i paid all the amount in his account, unfortunately he is not paying my money in the credit card account. He did continuous last from 3 month, but i pay all the amt after that my account showing 22000/- outstanding.
                            After doing mail on the kotak card customer, then only bank people call regarding the same issue, and right now even bank people also not attend my call and given the right and correct information regarding the same. Whatever proof they required from me. I gave all the proof on the mail.
                            Bank people commit me for the resolve the case in 20 days. But still not get any update.

                              I had requested for account opening however i do not have an aadhar card, received a call from kotak and knowing the fact that i dnt have aadhar card, on 1st sept 2017 executives came to my apartment and collected my documents and cheque of worth10, 000. After collecting the documents they have stalled my account and are not opening the a/c as i do not have aadhar card, this is extremely bad, when they already knew that i dnt have aadhar card why did they come to my apartment for document collection. The next day on 2nd sept 2017 kotak had organized an aadhar camp and i enrolled myself however the agency did not submit my enrollment for processing due to which it was cancelled and no aadhar number was generated even after 2 and half weeks, when i inquired at the adhar customer care i was told that the centre has not submitted my enrollment at all for further processing, what a faulty service and mere waste of time. I would need to enroll again. The manager naveen doesn't even reply to my messages and emails. Extremely bad customer service from kotak. I have asked for return of my documents and no longer need any services from kotak anymore.

                                I am moinudeen i have an opened my account on 13/04/2017 in kotak mahindra bank branch dwarka sector 5 new delhi, ms deepika staff informed me while opening my account that it's 0"balance account but after actually it was not and my 826rs was deducted from my account with out my information, when i have gone to branch they said they will check, and after 15 days no response come by them, i met the branch manager also mr pushpender and i am shocked with his bhevivor and when i explained my problem to him he took very lightly and said that i can closed my account from kotak mahindra bank.

                                They have spoiled my experience in kotak mahindra bank, such as large bank of india
                                And staff like deepika and phuspender manager are taking bank down, and giving false information to there customer.

                                I would like to request you please address my problem and do the needful.

                                  Our one of the bast bank kotak manindra made so pleased that ever after 1.5 month i have not received the funds that i had transfer using upi. I emailed them called them n numbers of time but they are so self-determination that are not ready to change their mind. It's like horrible nightmare to have an account with kotak. Customers service is so good that not a single person reverted with the solution. Request to reader if you can resolve my problem. I can not realy on this bank any more.                                     My name is robin p mathew, i'm using kotak bank account from last one year. Till 2017 april my account is under corporate a/c, last month i got a message like keep minimum balance for avoid service charge, from the same day maintained minimum balance but few days ago rs 1239 debited from my account why, one bank representative information me service charge is only 450rs/month but 1239 debited from my account i need the cash back this type of activity not good for a leading bank.
