I am the salary account holder of kotak mahindra bank and my crn is[protected]. While opening the new account, bank person told me the that its zero balance account for life time even when it will not of salary account.
On 10.07.2017 i have transfered rs 7000 and there was rs 11, 527 in my account but after that transaction i got message that my balance is rs 10, 175. There was short of around rs 1352. Without any intimation and also i'm not able to see any deduction in my statement for that amount. May i know the reason for this deduction.

Updated by Divyalu After posting my complaint here somebody called up and he asked about my debit card number.. There is no need to tell debit card number for refund the money to my account.. Just refund it to directly. Don't play games. And don't waste our time too.
