Non maintenance charge

I have salary account with kotak Mahindra bank.My CRN number is 36354671.
While opening the new account, bank person told me the that its zero balance account for life time even when it will not of salary account.

On 8 December 2016 i received my EPF amount 11771.but due to holding balance, i not getting my EPF money.
Please look into this matter. I need my money back.

Improper balance debit for two months is 690 each.

In the month of April and May I did not able to mantain minimum account balance so it was charged over me Rs.690 in the month April and Rs.680 and Rs.10 in the month may. so I want to know why this Dabit happened.
So if you want to saw me as I keep with his account holder then call me and solve this problem otherwise I will deactivate my account from your bank.

And it is very disgusting.

Subscription of one assist services

On 05/07/2018 I just woke up to see SMS stating "Dear customer, Welcome to oneassist. for assistance cal xxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx". Debit card & account unlock problem

My account & all transactions with debit card is blocked by bank since 29th jun. Done all procedure &fill up kyc also but not yet unblock. Now i am in hospitalised, need urgent money for treatment but cant withdrawal money. I visited nearest bank also, said u have to wait some days but i want urgently unblock my account pls help me.

Poor service

I visited the bank of whitefield branch on 4th july and then i was told the person who take care of operations has not come and i should come after lunch time then again i went on 5th july to submit a request for changing my signature but the person was so rude first he asked me about the signature proof and all and when i said that i am carrying all the proof then he said that server is down and come next week.. AUto debit fee

As per credit card statement of MAy 2017, paid Rs 3600 on its due date. on the same day, kotak put the charges for auto debit failure. In JUNE 17 statement it said Rs. 500 . And as on today it says Rs 1150 which is totally unacceptable. The Feb17 statement should have said only rs 199 (Annual Fee). In between Customer care asked me to pay Rs 576. But why should I pay 377 extra. When I replied them again then there was no reply....

Cheesy Deductions

Un intimation to customer hidden charges

Imps transfer not received at kotak bank

Amount deduction from my account in the name of minimum balance maintenance

Cheating

For my relieving letter
