I got a mail from ms swati kapoor naming that my profile from shine had been selected for the bank operations manager profile i need to get registered for that paying 1650 i got registered and got a mail regarding the telephonic interview with date and time. The telephonic interview had been scheduled on 22nd may 2017 i had attended the interview it was done by mr uday singh kotak. After two days i got a feed back form and confirmation mail from the email with domain [protected]@kotak.com. Then a relationship manager named abhijeet singh had taken my joining responsibilities and asked me to pay (4500+5638) for certificate verification and itm registration fee. I paid the money and got letter of confirmation and offer letter. After receiving offer letter he asked (Abhijeet singh) me to pay 56000 in two installments but i refused to pay that convincing him telling my family problmes, then got a mail from [protected]@kotak.com stating that the process had been delayed because of the delay from my side. It was given in that mail that my joining is scheduled on 24th july at gujarat for hr round. I asked him to change the interview location since it takes me around 32 hours to travel there. After two days he answered my call and told me to go to chennai (Job location) for hr round i came to chennai before the date of interview and called him around 100 times he then answered once and told me because of gst changes he was struck in the meeting and hr norms had been revised and told me to go back to my home town. Then i searched his phone number for availability then found in just dial reviews that his number belongs to an consultancy named employer group of india, delhi. He told me that again hr contacts me on monday for sure.

    Kotak executive had claimed to settle the amount rs 6000 is to be paid but after doing the payment they refused to give me the settlement letter saying that additional 2000 is to be paid which i refused and now they are saying that the amount of interest has reached rs.10000 and also my record on the cibil records have being affected because of this. Inspite of being ready to do the settlement not one of the kotak executives guided me to the right authority and now are insisting to pay rs.10000 with no fault of mine. After several failed attempts i am forced to write on this board. Looking forward for some final and reasonable settlement and closure of this issue.

      I have a salary account mahindra bank with account number ([protected]). I left the job in april 2017. No salary credited from three months.
      But
      I deposited 30000 into the account every month. But few days back they deducted 1416 for the months of may and june as well (As nmc (Non maintenance charges). While opening the account it was told that it's a zero balance account, then how would u deduct the money without intimation.
      Kindly look after the issue and i want my money to be credited back.

        Please refer to your mail dated 19/07/2017. You have accepted that the card was returned back to you on 13th june 2016. Then how can you expect me to fulfill the condition for waiving of annual fee. As such the charges claimed by you are illegal. It appears that kmbl has invented a new source for inflating their profit. You are requested to cancel the wrongfully levied renewal fee, interest & taxes etc. Immediately and lift the lien on my account (Crn[protected]. Also please don't send me any mail or sms on this issue. I hope that you will take immediate action. Thanks.

            In kolkatta salt lake bank there is a staff name ishita nandy she cheated with me she take my sign in all blank forms after that without my knowledge and my permission she processe 2 health insurance after then when i ask how its happen with me she told her freind doing that and that time is really a very bad time for me becoz my daughter ruprekha chatterji she's not well for after that for my husband i got my money back becoz he also in a insurance company he fight for me.. There all staff they know all but when i'm alone no body help me when my husband came they will agree they r wrong..

              I have maintained 60, 000 rs in my salary account but 1400 rs got deducted from my account by saying non maintenance charges. I asked for reversal but not credited anything. I asked to close the account at-least but they are not closing. I transferred my money to other bank account. Please close the bank account immediately or credit the deducted money. How can the bank deduct money even though i am maintaining 60k bucks in my account?? I did not receive any messages also. Close the credit card also immediately.

                  Hello,

                  I am the salary account holder of kotak mahindra bank and my crn is[protected]. While opening the new account, bank person told me the that its zero balance account for life time even when it will not of salary account.
                  On 10.07.2017 i have transfered rs 7000 and there was rs 11, 527 in my account but after that transaction i got message that my balance is rs 10, 175. There was short of around rs 1352. Without any intimation and also i'm not able to see any deduction in my statement for that amount. May i know the reason for this deduction.

                  After posting my complaint here somebody called up and he asked about my debit card number.. There is no need to tell debit card number for refund the money to my account.. Just refund it to directly. Don't play games. And don't waste our time too.
                  How many complains pending but not reply & not a single solution ..how many time is prgress in best service,
                  A very irresponsible and negligent worst survive experience from Kotak j p Nagar branch. My cheque no. 498640 of 6000/- rupees deposited on 17th of may was bounced on 18 may. The cheque has still not been returned. I have going around almost begging people to help me. I don't know which humen language Kotak bank understands. Resolve it.

                    Dear sir,

                    I had been employed with kingsmen fairtech pvt ltd in mohan cooperative industrial area, delhi in sept 2014. My corporate salary account with number [protected] was opened with kotak mahindra nearby area branch.

                    I left that company in august of 2015. And hence tried to close my bank account. I visited the branches near to my home at the time in delhi however i was asked to visit that particular branch whose precise location i am not aware of and is 50 kms away.in the day and age of technology i was surprised to hear this. Then i shifted back to my native place hoping not to use the account hence rendering it deactive due to lack of transactions.

                    However since a month i have been receiving messages stating 400 - 700 rs. Charges on me even though i dont use the account.

                    This is resulting in harassment and forcibly keeping the customer. Kindly help resolve as i am no longer working in delhi and would prefer it closed in a local branch in shahjahanpur, u. P or online.

Ur procedure is already taking 2 months and still my account is not working . This type of servise from ur bank is not good for customer . This is my last warning otherwise i closed my account from ur bank .

                      Dear sir/mam,

                      I have taken a pl with above mentioned account number almost a year back. Your executive came for document collection and have taken all documents and have even signed the ecs form which was wrong which your executive told me.

                      Then, i have given signed forms 2 times but till date my ecs bounces with some reason. When i called customer care i got reply that there is some issue from backend thats why you have to give cheque only. I do have person's phone number who always come to collect cheque, he also says the same thing that sir this problem is with everybody thats why we are collecting cheques from all people.

                      Now i started receiving calls from your team saying that i have to pay overdue charges of some three thousand rupees as my ecs bounces every month. I don't know what my fault is in bouncing the ecs, you can check my account which always have balance.

                      I request you to please look into your system and staff who is doing miscommunication which in turn effecting my account even when i am not faulty at all and the problem is from your bank's side. I am paying all my emis every month.

                      Below are my efforts to resolve this matter:
                      - earlier request no. [sr#:1-[protected]]
                      - after this i also have spoken to customer care thrice but nothing resolved
                      I have visited adhchini branch and got response that they don't deal in loan facility
                      - after my earlier email i started receiving calls from bank and they suggesting me to top up this loan only then they can help, is this the way?

                      I am happy to pay all outstanding at once if needed, please update me and collect the full and final cheque. I don't want to keep any relation with kotak mahindra bank.

                        I had applied for a personal loan during the 1st week of july and after going through my documents one of your team member stated that there are some overdues which i need to settle and once i settle the same with other financial institutions they will process my loan request. Since they committed that i will get the loan amount in few days i had borrowed money from friends and rushed to settle the dues and handed over the noc. Finally when i called the respective department they said they cannot process my loan request. They could have done that in the first place itself as they have already seen my statements, cibil, documents etc. I am going through a mental torture at this juncture and unable to repay my friends. I need this loan by all means and i promise to repay my loans on time. Kindly request you to help me come over this situation. I have 3 year old baby and a family to take care of.                           This is to bring to your notice that i owed a credit card from barclays that was settled in 2012. However every year during the month of july especially i receive abusive calls fromkotak reps stating that there is a amount pending. I have forwarded the issue to kotak managemengt but to no avail. Presently am being harassed by mr rahul ([protected]) for a week.

                          Need a solution asap.

                            Hi, I took Loan from kotak of rs 1L and i paid for 6 months and due to some financial crisis im failed to pay the amount. now bank is sending mails to my company HR and other departments in my company.

                            Will the bank has right to send emails to HR, did they are going against rule.

                            Kindly help me in this regard, will i have right to sue on bank for doing this ?

                              I have taken gold loan by pledging my gold ornaments in kotak mahindra bank, porur branch, chennai. My agreement is to pay the total gold loan principle along with interest in 24 months due in monthly basis. Since due to some reasons one emi was not paid, which is said i will pay it after certain clarification. The bank people is threatening me that they are going to auction my gold ornaments in spite of me accepting to pay the one month outstanding due even though according to my record i have paid it in cash to the kotak mahindra bank collection agent. When i approached the bank people they told to pay all the outstanding in a single payment with extra hidden charges, for which they are not able to give the valid reasons.

                              My claim is for both loans i still have 4 and 10 months to close my loan. When i approached on 10th july to repay all the amount and receive my gold ornaments they say that, the system is not working and the network is slow and wanted me to come another day. But in letter with ref no: apac no:gln-464091 and gln-635910 sent by them, they say that they will auction the ornaments with in a week. When i approached the bank people they are telling that they don’t sent such a letter and my ornaments are safe. It look to me as that the bank people don’t want me to close the loan and create a delay in accepting the payment, i want to pay to them.
                              I here officially register a complaint so that you will instruct the respective bank to understand the customer grievance and receive my ornaments safely before i proceed towards banking ombudsman and legal proceedings because of the mental stress and psychological impact iam under going due to your attitude towards customers.

                                Hi,

                                I opened a salary account with kotak mahindra bank in the month of february. I applied for a credit card from the same bank in the month of june. Suddenly one day i received a mail and message from kotak mahindra bank saying "as per your request, we have changed the preference of your email id [protected]@gmail.com for your crn : xx5496".

                                Then i haven't received any mail from the bank, later i tried to contact bank by i didn't receive any help from them. I also tried to change my mail id to my original one using kotak mahindra net banking but i couldn't.

                                How can bank change my mail id without my concern??? Please change my mail to my older one.

                                  I have made the transaction on 7th may 2017 for rs 1487 but they wrongly made the transaction of rupees 4753rs, after the transaction made (4753) they said that the transaction is cancelled from our side and money get back into your account and than they made the correct transaction of rupees 1487rs.

                                  To confirm about this transaction i made a call on customer care on 9th of may 2017 and customer care executive said the amount 4753 is not claimed by the merchant but when i saw the statement than i was shocked that both the transaction were made on my credit card.

                                  I have put complaint in kotak bank through customer care and email. But till now we have not received any refund amount.

                                  When i call up in kotak bank customer care they saw your complaint is in under process. Already more than 2 months gone but no action is taken.

                                  Kindly resolve my problem and refund my money back.

                                    Hi sir, i am g. Sivanarayana my account number is :[protected] cif:99310161
                                    So i would like to close my account in your bank because you have changed my salary account as 10000rupees maintenance savings account so unable to maintain you have demanding amount.
                                    With out any information you have changed my account as normal savings account and deducting non maintenance balance charges so finally i want to close my account in your bank, so i went to your nearest bank and asked them to close it then they said i have to pay non maintenance balance charges, this is very fraud you have opened account for your opportunity, i don't come to your bank to open the account so please closed it.
