Are you fed up with fast life ? So visit HDFC bank. You feel relaxed as they take minimum 10 days for account opening.

When there was no technology around PSU banks used to open account in one hour flat .

When size grows so grows the fat and ultimately to be hospitalised. I heard their top team wants bonuses for this relaxed functioning. Great 3 cheers.

    Kotak Mahindra Bank IPhone 12 Cashback not received

    I purchased iPhone 12 on[protected] using my Kotak Bank Debit Card. There was an offer Cashbck that when used Kotak bank debit card i will be receiving cashback of 5000 within 120 days of the transaction. Its been more than 120 days and cashback is not received yet.

    I contacted merchant who is APTRONIX and till then no response.

    Dear Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd Team,

    I am having a loan with your Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd. and my loan number is CF[protected].

    My Self Kaushik and My used car loan continue with Kotak Mahindra Prime and Loan No. : CF[protected]. Every month 5th of date EMI deduct in my saving account but this month July -2022 not deduct EMI on 5th of date this current month and still now not deduct so I will contact to Kotak Mahindra Prime has told me your EMI is bounce for insufficient fund but in my saving account already I have sufficient balance for EMI. And still waiting to not deduct EMI in my savings account

    I have call for collection manger called from he says you have penalty of insufficient funds and you have check with your saving account for the rejected of ECS but m saving account already sufficient fund. I have sent mail for all top level management and nodal officer grievance, RBI and etc but the result is zero, no one employee from Kotak Mahindra prime ltd answered to me.

    Same Activity 3rd times with me.
    1st: Sep/Oct 2020
    2nd: March/April 2021
    3rd: July 2022

    Same Problem issue in the last year and i have complained against Kotak Mahindra Prime Bank and same mistake repeatedly in this current year.
    And by the way, my savings account also deducts a charge for EMI bounce so please refund my bounce charge and strictly warring to you people of this type of same mistake again and again.

    Please stop making fool of customer. I am seriously spoiled with your service. I have money in my account there is no-deduction and I will not to pay penalty as well as stress for non deduction.

    This kind of behavior towards client is ridiculous.

          I had taken loan from Kotak Mahindra for Rs.6000 and the dues date is 5th of every month. However, instead of deducting the amount on 5th they are charging late amount for no reason.

            I have also faced a similar problem. I was told this is a zero-balance account, so I don't have to maintain any minimum balance. But when I got a refund from a product that I returned, I was charged 401.99 as Charge lien TBMS. This was my first transaction, and I have no idea what services I'm being charged when I haven't availed anything!!

              Salary not Credited

              I have a salary account in Kotak and my salary is supposed to be credited in my bank on 30 june 2022 but after 4 days still it is not credited. And I have checked with my employer and they told me they have already sent the salary to bank. And I checked this with other employees as well and they have received the money on 30 june.Kindly check the issue on priority...

              Kotat bank charged me. I wanted to know reason of below charges.
              They are charging me tree times.
              I suffer with this issue.

                I get spam messages from Kotak Mahindra Bank for opening a bank account. I would like these spams to be stopped as soon as possible. Also, I would like to know from where they got my precious mobile number.

                        This mail is to inform you that i have been badly harresed by Kotak bank recovery team.i have a personal loan from RBL No[protected] in the favour of Naved Mohiddin Shaikh.this loan i took it from RBL bank but due to heavy loss in business and after that lock down i could not able to pay EMI.
                        Kotak mahindra recovery team and their goons are harrising me a lot torchering me with abusive languages and giving me threat they will send their goons to my house and they will call all my relatives for payment.i told them once my financial position will improve i will make payment.but they are not listening.they are calling me after 6.30 pm.calling me from different number abusing me showing me power of the area where they stay.
                        The purpose of sending you this mail is to kindly help me in this situation as i am the person who earn in my family. I stay with my mom who is widow and senior citizen and she is suffering from many diseasess such as anxiety/mentally depression/blood pressure etc.
                        I request you to please help me and take action against this people who are provoking customers to suicide.please help me and my family from such Harresement.

                          On 12th June 2022, I lost my Kotak credit card, I blocked my credit card with an immediate request. Afterward, my actual struggle starts, the customer cant updates the address through net banking or with the app. (I have ss for the same) Finally, on the 14th of June, I went to the bank to update my address so that I can receive my debit and credit card at the correct address with address proof. However, I waited for one hour to meet the bank person, since they were busy in their morning tea and smoke breaks at the Vadodara branch. concern person ensures me that I will get all my legal documents on my Delhi address, I had provided my address proof for the same. he has also said that there is no need to follow up with customer care since your address is updated.

                          I need my credit card since my bill will be due on 7th July before the due date I need to have my credit card with me so that I can pay my bill.

                          Kotak shamelessly sends my cards to the wrong address thrice. !!! After me visiting the branch also.

                          [protected] is a pathetic customer care service waiting time is minimum 40 -50 mins. It takes ages for them to pick up the phone call, when I have raised my request for my cards they have confirmed my address over a phone call and claimed that it has been sent to a new updated address, However, I have never received it, whenever I got tracking id my parcel was landing to the old office address.

                          Customer executive solutions - (1) we can convert your bill into EMI. I was ready to pay in one go.
                          (2) One of the executives was ready to provide my credit card number over the phone.
                          (3) One of executives said please send someone from your family and friends to collect the card.
                          (4) They do typo errors themselves while typing an address and ask customers to come bank again to verify.
                          (5) One of the executives (not mentioning the name) she asked my address proof again over her official personal id. when i immediately provided her she asked for a scanned self-attested copy. just to harass the customer. first of all any of bank executives cant ask for any documents over the email from customers, and when the customer is calling from a registered mobile number provide you all authentic documents over email that to from the registered email id. Kotak still fails to deliver cards to the correct address, such a fraud bank.

                          After this all harassment Kotak shamelessly never calls back.

                                My L&T Finance Vehicle LOAN LT3WL12488 has been transferred to Kotak Mahindra Bank vide the assignment dated 1st November 2019 from L&T Finance India.

                                New account number is RAR14249599. However As an exception they are amicably ready to CLOSED your L&T Finance Account No 2419064 for Rs. 24690/- in 1 shot.

                                I have paid the amount but still my account is not closed and its showing amount due there. Payment receipt attached.
